The apartment is completely separate from the main house, with a private entrance off of the back. Renters have full access to the outdoor amenities including the grill, outdoor dining, and the fire pit. Perfect for visiting a student on campus, dropping off summer campers, or that prospective student visit to Harding!
The space
The bedroom has ONE DOUBLE bed and ONE TWIN bed.

The kitchen is great for small meal preparation- it has a full fridge, a two-burner stove top, an electric skillet, a microwave, a toaster oven, and a dishwasher.
Guest access
Guests have complete access to the apartment space. The outdoor spaces (grill, patio, fire pit, etc) are shared with the main house-feel free to use them!
Access to the Apartment is through a smart lock. Upon booking, we will send you a personalized access code (good for the duration of you stay) in your VRBO messages, along with access instructions. The apartment comes equipped with a ring doorbell in order to ensure that guest have live, realtime support in case there are access problems with the smart lock. The surveillance camera in the doorbell only captures motion in the driveway of the property, and nowhere else. Other things to note
The HOA governing the neighborhood places restrictions on open containers outside the property and on smoking of any kind outside the property.
