Nestled in the heart of Seahouses, this appealing three-bedroom cottage offers the perfect blend of comfort and location. Just a short stroll brings you to the picturesque harbour, where colourful fishing boats and stunning coastal views set the scene for a relaxing getaway. The nearby Seahouses Golf Club offers the chance to enjoy a round with sea views. History lovers can explore the magnificent village of Bamburgh, while nature enthusiasts will love a boat trip to the Farne Islands.



The Space:

Nestled in the picturesque seaside village of Seahouses, this inviting holiday home offers the perfect base for exploring Northumberland’s stunning coastline. Just a short stroll away, you’ll find friendly local pubs and tempting eateries, as well as the village’s golden sandy beach and bustling harbour. From here, you can enjoy a memorable boat trip to the Farne Islands, home to an extraordinary seabird sanctuary and a colony of grey seals.



A little further along the coast lies the postcard-perfect village of Bamburgh, where the magnificent castle dominates the skyline. Families will love the nearby seafront bunker with its outdoor crazy golf course and large indoor play facility - ideal for keeping children entertained whatever the weather.

On the ground floor, unwind in the cosy lounge with two sofas, a coffee table, and a TV with streaming apps.



The bright and airy dining room, with a large three-sided window, seats six at a spacious table and also features a TV and DVD for your convenience.



The well-equipped kitchen includes a cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.



There is also a walk-in hall cupboard, perfect for hanging coats and storing boots and other equipment.



Upstairs, you’ll find three welcoming bedrooms: a light-filled king-sized room, a second twin room with two single beds, and a smaller twin room perfect for two children or one adult.



The family bathroom offers a shower over bath, with the WC in a separate room.



Outside, enjoy gardens to the front and rear, with a patio area ideal for soaking up the fresh sea air. A secure porch is perfect for storing boots and coats after beach walks, while the enclosed garden provides a safe space for children or dogs to play. Private parking for two cars is available at the side of the cottage.

Getting Around:

The closest train station to Seahouses is Chathill, but it has a very limited train service. Chathill Train Station has direct services operating to Blaydon, Carlisle, Cramlington, Haltwhistle, Hexham, Morpeth, Newcastle upon Tyne and Prudhoe.



The most convenient stations for the East Coast Main Line are Alnmouth and Berwick-upon-Tweed, which offer better connections and more frequent services to locations across the UK including Edinburgh, Leeds, London and Plymouth.



A number of bus routes operate in Seahouses offering access to Alnwick, Berwick-upon-Tweed, Morpeth, Newcastle upon Tyne and Wooler.
