Guests enter Serenity at Summer Wind by taking the exterior staircase from the driveway to the front porch and entering the front door on the front porch. Once you enter the front door, you will find the dining area, kitchen, living room, screened porch, primary suite, queen bedroom, hallway bathroom and twin bedroom. The screened porch is accessible via the living room and primary suite. The back deck is accessible via the guest bedroom. There is a washing machine & dryer in the villa and a ping pong table in the carport.
