• LSV GOLF CARTS: LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) are unfortunately prohibited at this villa complex.

• ADDITIONAL INFO: A minimum age of 23 is required for guests making a reservation. One step to the front door. A $69 Non-Refundable Fee applies for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage.
• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this stay, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable bed linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. No need to rush to the store at the start of your stay, as a starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are provided. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club).
• WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
• COFFEE MAKER: A standard 12-cup glass coffee pot is on site for guest use. Please bring your own ground coffee and filters.
• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club (seasonally), dining club, racquet club, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access to these options is prohibited. The cards are $55 per day per family. Additional fees are charged for activities. Without club amenity cards, guests still have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. The fitness center at the Lakehouse and the indoor pool are accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest.
• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As a private, gated island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Gate check-in may require a valid photo ID. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges for all gate passes. The charge is $45 per vehicle. The first vehicle is included in the grand total of your reservation. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night to 179 nights. There is a maximum on the number of vehicle passes for each property. Each pass requires one licensed driver's name. Guests may be asked to show a license at the gate. Once the vehicle pass is issued, any licensed driver can drive. Please note that LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) are prohibited at this villa complex. THIS PROPERTY IS ALLOWED A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES.
• CHECK IN: While self-check-in makes the arrival process simple, we offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team provides self-check-in instructions for your convenience. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone or meet you at the property.
• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: At Sandpiper, our portfolio of homes and villas are privately owned and professionally managed. • CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.
• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
• POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages of no less than $400 per incident.
• PARTIES: No events or parties. There are morning and evening noise ordinances for the quiet enjoyment of all. This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!
