Enjoy the Seabrook lifestyle with ease at this stunning, totally remodeled beach cottage. This home has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a large screened in porch and front & back decks. Everything is new including beautiful bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, beds, fixtures, floors & moldings and furniture. The location is a short bike ride to the beach, Island Club, pools and amenities.
You will feel youâre on vacation the moment you step inside this cozy cottage! All rooms are decorated with a beach theme! The fully stocked custom kitchen includes beautiful Quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, stylish new cabinets and an oversize refrigerator. Also included are Keurig & Mr. Coffee coffee makers, a crockpot, a food processor, and blender. The dining room has space for the whole crew and opens to a newly furnished well-appointed family room with cathedral ceilings (with a large ceiling fan), a computer station, a large SMART television and new comfortable seating. French doors open to a large private screen porch overlooking lush Lowcountry landscapes which includes a second dining area and a comfortable conversation sitting area.
519 Tarpon Pond comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests in 3 coastal inspired bedrooms with high quality linens and bath towels, new Serta mattresses, and ceiling fans in each room. On the first floor is the primary suite with a King bed with a pillow top mattress topper and private full bathroom with a new walk-in tiled shower. The master bedroom is well appointed with wall moldings and a barn door. A SMART TV is mounted on the wall. On the other side of the cottage are two guest suites fitted with Queen beds. These guest rooms share a full bathroom with a new tub/shower combination and a Granite countertop sink. For guest convenience there is a full-size stacked washer/dryer on the first floor. Gorgeous, brand-new hardwood floors are throughout the main living level.
On the second floor is a fun loft with two twin beds, a shuttered wall which overlooks the family room, a chill area, and a full bathroom. Entertainment for the family is a breeze as there are four SMART TVs. YouTube streaming is available on TVs in the family & master bedroom. Roku TV is available in the loft.
Enjoy your coffee in the morning as the sun comes up over the palms while watching the deer grazing in the backyard. Have an evening glass of wine on the front deck while watching a gorgeous sunset. When returning back from the beach rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach.
Also included are books, games, and puzzles! For those looking to work remotely, this cottage is equipped with a workstation and Comcast's Gigabit Extra Plan for fantastic, high speed internet service. Additionally, the sitting area upstairs will allow you a place to read, stream TV in solitude or bring along your game system hardware.
Tarpon Pond Cottages are quaint Seabrook beach cottages located off High Hammock Road near the Seabrook Island Club and a short bike ride to the beach. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the islandâs Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.
Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity cards are required to access the Lake House however additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.
