Welcome to 3501 Seabrook Island Road! This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom pet-friendly home is ideal for large group gatherings or family reunions with multiple generations traveling together with a large lagoon facing deck, a kid’s playroom and amenity cards for all ages to enjoy the recreational facilities at Seabrook Island Club. All this just a short walk from the access to North Beach!

The main living area features a vaulted ceiling, plenty of seating and a huge HDTV. The back of the house overlooks a large, tranquil lagoon where a second den with TV is located. The kitchen features Corian countertops and is fully stocked for fun dining together. The large dining table that seats 8 and the kitchen center island offers a great workstation for the chef. The laundry room is just off the kitchen.

3501 Seabrook Island Rd comfortably accommodates 10 guests in 5 bedrooms, all with their own TVs and spaced to offer 3 distinct private areas for families or adults traveling together. The huge, master bedroom suite is located off the living room and features a king bed, TV, a desk workstation and a full bathroom with a large soaking tub and shower. Upstairs off the main living area you will find two bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a tub/shower. The kids room has a twin trundle bed and an extra playroom full of toys! The 3rd bedroom here is a queen bedroom. The 4th and 5th bedrooms are located up another staircase over the garage. The 4th bedroom with king bed is quite large and has a love seat and desk area, another great area to set up a remote workstation. The 5th bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. These two bedrooms share a bath with tub/shower.

The large deck is a fun area to enjoy the tranquil lagoon views. Children and pets should be supervised at all times. Enjoy the gas grill for preparing your favorite BBQ recipes. Walk to the North Beach access is less than 5 minutes. A huge circular drive offers plenty of space for your bikes, cars and beach gear.

This private Seabrook Island vacation home is walking distance to the beach and the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House.*Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Walk to the North Beach access in less than 5 minutes.

Pet Policy: Two dogs are permitted at this property. Please indicate 1 or 2 dogs, size and breed at the time of booking. This is one of the only properties we have where 2 dogs are permitted. Pet fee is a minimum of $250.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
