This floor features the primary bedroom with a king bed and direct access to a covered deck overlooking the marsh and tidal creek. This private outdoor space is perfect for morning coffee, evening relaxation, or simply enjoying the changing tides. A full bathroom is located just down the hall, and a washer and dryer on this level add everyday convenience.

The second bedroom is located on the next level and features a queen bed and a full ensuite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for guests.
Above, the living area opens up with large windows that frame the marsh views and fill the space with natural light. Comfortable seating makes this an inviting place to unwind after a day on the island, while direct access to the screened porch allows you to enjoy fresh air and peaceful surroundings in every season.

The top level of the villa features a half bathroom, a dining area with a table seating 6, and a well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The open design includes a pass-through behind the kitchen sink and counter that overlooks the living area, creating a connected and welcoming space for gathering and entertaining.

Pool Access: Community Pool for Shelter Cove Vilas. Two oceanfront community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity access required to utilize the Lake House, and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Beach access is located at Boardwalk 9, just a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride away.

Pet Policy: No pets are permitted at this villa.

Parking: Maximum number of vehicles is 2.
