The living room is comfortably outfitted with all new furniture, including a sofabed and a Smart TV, as well as access to the screened-in patio overlooking the 2nd tee of Crooked Oaks Golf Course.

The dining area seats 6 comfortably with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen breakfast bar. The stunning kitchen has been completely remodeled to include new counters, cabinets and stainless appliances, including a Fisher & Paykel gas range.

The main bedroom has a king Tempurpedic bed, Smart TV and access to a private bathroom. This serene en-suite has a beautifully tiled walk-in shower and a double vanity.

Both guest bedrooms are outfitted with comfortable queen beds and share access to a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The outdoor area of this property provides guests with a grilling space, golf course views and plenty of covered parking.
Summerwind Cottages are located near the Seabrook Island Club and Ocean Winds Golf Course, a short bike ride or walk to the beach or Club pools. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Walk or bike to the beach and club pools.

Pet Policy: No pets are permitted at this residence.

Parking: Seabrook Island allows a maximum of THREE (3) vehicles at this property and requires each vehicle to have a car pass at all times. Car passes are an additional $45 per car.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
