Guests enter through an open floor plan. The large, well-equipped kitchen features leathered granite countertops, a farmhouse kitchen sink, subway tile, updated appliances, abundant counterspace, and a wine refrigerator. Two kitchen islands offer plenty of cooking and serving space for you and your guests. Incredible views of Horseshoe Creek abound from the living area and sunroom. A deck area off the kitchen, remodeled with cable wire railings, features comfortable seating and a large grill off the stairs.
The open-space living area, equipped with LED recessed lighting, a large-screen TV, built-in bookcases, and ample seating, features stunning marsh views alongside a small desk/work area. The living room leads to a dining area with a large dining table. A sunroom with ample comfy seating is a great spot for morning reading, an afternoon nap, or an evening cocktail in front of one of the most beautiful Lowcountry sunsets. A bright half-bath with coastal décor is conveniently located off the living room.
The first-floor master bedroom features a plush, new king bed, a large dresser, a large smart TV, a hanging clothes rack, sunroom access, and stunning marsh views. The en-suite master bathroom includes a dual-lavatory vanity with white quartz countertops and a large ceramic tile shower. The master bath opens directly to the outside front deck, which features secluded seating and an outdoor shower perfect for washing sandy feet after the beach.
Up a few stairs, guests will find a guest room retreat perfect for children or large groups, equipped with two bunk beds offering double beds on the bottom bunks and twin beds up top. A comfy sofa with a sitting area and a TV also allows guests to have their own space in this room.
The upstairs area leads to three additional guest bedrooms with abundant natural light, bright designer décor, and access to deck space. A second master king suite is located upstairs to the left, offering marsh views, a king bed, a dresser, a TV, a clothes rack, access to the upper deck, and an en-suite bath with a large tub/shower combo and vanity. Another upstairs bedroom features a queen bed, modern and fun ostrich lighting, beach décor, a TV, a clothing rack, a dresser, and access to the top deck with comfortable rockers. The fifth bedroom at the end of the hall features a comfortable queen bed, a dresser, a large closet, a TV, and sweeping water views. Across the hall, a full bathroom features a tub/shower combo and a new quartz vanity.
A new washer and dryer are located upstairs in the laundry room. Outside the home, a large fire pit under the majestic oaks features ample seating overlooking the marsh and dock area. In the garage, guests will find a cooler, boogie boards, and a crab trap for guest use.
• BEACH: 1.4 miles from beach access. At least 2 beach chairs are provided at the property for guest use.
• CLUB AMENITIES: Digital Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with your rental at no extra charge (a $55 daily savings). This offers access to the private oceanfront Beach Club pools (open seasonally), club dining, golf courses, and tennis courts.
• POOL: Complimentary access to the outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lakehouse is included. Access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools is available with the digital amenity card.
• PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 4 vehicle gate passes. Street parking is strictly prohibited.
• CHILDREN: Children welcome. Only 1 step to the front door.
• PET POLICY: No pets allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
• PROFESSIONALLY LICENSED & MANAGED: Short-Term Rental License STR25-000513.
• ADDITIONAL INFO: A minimum age of 23 is required for guests making a reservation. A non-refundable fee of $69 applies for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage.
• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this stay, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable bed linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. No need to rush to the store at the start of your stay, as a starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are provided. Guests should plan to bring their own beach towels (although towel service is available at the Beach Club).
• WASHER & DRYER: A new washer and dryer are located inside the upstairs laundry room for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
• COFFEE MAKER: A standard 12-cup glass coffee pot is on site for guest use. Please bring your own ground coffee and filters.
• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club (seasonally), dining club, racquet club, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access to these options is prohibited. Additional fees are charged for activities. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. The fitness center at the Lakehouse and the indoor pool are accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest.
• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Gate check-in may require a valid photo ID. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges for all gate passes. The charge is $45 per vehicle. The first vehicle is included in the grand total of your reservation. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night to 179 nights. There is a strict maximum limit of 4 vehicle passes for this property. Street parking is prohibited. Each pass requires one licensed driver's name, and guests may be asked to show a driver's license at the gate. Once the vehicle pass is issued, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle.
• CHECK IN: While self-check-in makes the arrival process simple, we offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team provides self-check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange to meet you at the property. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.
• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: At Sandpiper, our portfolio of homes and villas are privately owned and professionally managed. • CLEANING: Our guests' safety and comfort are paramount. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With a reputation for attention to detail and adherence to the best cleaning practices, our guests should be safe from the spread of germs.
• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. The marina is close by, as are historic gardens and plantations. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: A minimum notice of 60 days is required prior to the scheduled arrival date for a cancellation. With appropriate notice, the deposit will be refunded less a $75 cancellation fee. All reservations are subject to an additional $75 cancellation processing fee (regardless of when the cancellation occurred). For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to re-rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, the guest will be refunded an amount equal to the new rental rate minus $300 (not to exceed the original amount paid by the guest).
• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
• POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping inside or at the property. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages of no less than $400 per incident.
• PARTIES: No events or parties. There are morning and evening noise ordinances for the quiet enjoyment of all. This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!
