The Space:

This delightful cottage has a wonderful beach style house design. A spacious great room runs from the front to the back of the cottage and the elevation lets you enjoy the ocean breezes. This cottage has a deck with a gas grill and a large screened porch for swings and outdoor dining. It is within walking distance to all amenities and has fairway and wooded views. The cottage has four TVs, hardwood floors, and wireless internet. The bedding includes one king, one queen, and two twins.



This non-smoking vacation rental property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, internet, a DVD player, a fully- equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service, and a starter supply of paper products and detergents.

For $55/day or $315/week, you may purchase access to The Beach Club as well as other Seabrook Island Club amenities such as golf, racquet sports, and club dining which require additional payment. When you book a stay with us, we will send you instructions for how to pre-register.

Note that The Beach Club is seasonal and generally operates between mid-March and the end of October.

Additionally, you will have access to The Lake House Fitness Center where use of the unheated outdoor pool is free. For $15/day at The Lake House, there is also an indoor fitness pool and gym. Fitness classes are available for an extra fee.

Relaxing get away

This was our second trip to Seabrook Island. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation. This cottage had everything we needed. The large screened in porch was my favorite spot on the property! Lots of room with comfortable furniture and no bugs!!

Overall the condo unit was very nice. The sliding doors could use a bit of sprucing up and updating. Loved the screened in porch and proximity to the golf courses.

Renter beware. This property has a mold problem that was evident the minute we walked in. Extremely musty smelling. We reached out to management asking to be refunded within an hour or arriving so we could find a safe home to stay for our family, and were offered a freshening up and air purifiers. A few days later I found visible mold growth in multiple places in the home, emailed pictures and asked to be refunded so we could move homes. The management offered us 10% back, which didnt even cover one night of our stay. (They later upped it to 20% after pushback- still completely unacceptable given the circumstances). While the home was clean and the beds were comfortable, I would never recommend this property to anyone. The management did not take the issue seriously or make things right.

Perfect Island Getaway

This was a really great place to stay. It was very clean and included everything we needed for our weekend retreat. The unit is older and has a lot of charm. There have been nice updates done in the kitchen. The screened in porch made for a really nice place to relax and to have meals. The unit is about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach.

Weekend Golf & Networking Trip

The property was as advertised and worked well for our group. Being centrally located on Seabrook and having access to their amenities was important. The Vacasa customer service text number was very helpful as we had a maintenance issue and a check out question which were quickly addressed.
