Welcome to 2621 High Hammock, a stunning home nestled in the heart of Seabrook Island, South Carolina. This beautifully designed property offers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, with breathtaking golf course views that create a serene backdrop for your vacation. With 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it an ideal retreat for families or groups of friends. Great location - only half a mile to the beach!!
Step inside to discover an inviting ambiance, featuring a primary bedroom on the first floor complete with an en-suite bath, smart TV, and access to a sunroom. The second floor boasts three additional bedrooms, including a king suite with deck access, a queen room, and a twin room, all equipped with TVs for your entertainment.
The heart of the home is the expansive living area that seamlessly connects to the outdoor spaces. Enjoy the private pool, perfect for cooling off on warm days, or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. The property also features two covered porches, ideal for relaxing with a book or enjoying your morning coffee while soaking in the views.
For those who love to cook, the fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with a kitchen island. Gather around the dining table for memorable meals or take advantage of the outdoor grill for a barbecue under the stars.
Additional amenities include EV car charging, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a smart TV, ensuring you have all the comforts of home during your stay. Safety features such as smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher provide peace of mind. Depending on the weather, the pool can be heated or cooled for an additional, non-refundable fee of $500, minimum (additional $500 weekly fee for longer reservation) 24 hours advance notice required. (The pool is warmed by an electric heat pump which takes a day to heat and if the outside temperature drops below 50 degrees, it will take longer to heat. Comfortable pool heat temperature is not guaranteed.)

Explore nearby attractions like the Seabrook Island Club, Freshfields Village, and the beautiful Kiawah Island. Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

**Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is INCLUDED at no additional cost in this rental
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
