Perched on a bluff-top with panoramic Pacific Ocean views, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront home offers a large hot tub in a wind-protected private courtyard, modern amenities, and classic Sea Ranch charm. Perfect for couples or friends, it’s a retreat designed for relaxation, adventure, and coastal enjoyment at its finest.
 
Inside, an entire wall of ocean-facing windows floods the living and dining spaces with natural light and endless ocean vistas. Cozy up to one of the two wood-burning fireplaces (firewood provided). Enjoy vaulted ceilings, and take in the warm wood tones throughout. Comfort meets modern convenience with high-speed (1 GB) fiber-optic internet and fast WIFI throughout the home. Each of the three TVs (living room and each bedroom) has 90+ channel DirecTV, as well as streaming-enabled ROKU, offering free Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Hulu, Apple TV+, Paramount+, PBS Masterpiece (via Amazon), and PBS (KQED). The fully-stocked kitchen features quartzite countertops, newly-refinished custom cabinetry, and all the tools needed for anything from a casual breakfast to a wine-paired dinner.

Outside, four Adirondack chairs on the ocean-facing deck provide the perfect perch for whale and wildlife spotting or for morning coffee or sunset wine. In addition, the private wind-sheltered courtyard deck includes a large hot tub (always heated), propane barbecue grill (with barbecue tools), four additional Adirondack chairs, and a table with seating for four.
 
Located within the Del Mar Landing Marine Reserve, the home is just a ten-second walk to the Bluff Trail that opens onto miles of rugged coastline featuring whales, seals, hawks, pelicans, deer, and other abundant wildlife. A six-minute walk brings you to the Del Mar Recreation Center, with its large community swimming pool, tennis courts, saunas, and gardens. Sea Ranch Golf Links is only a five minute drive, and Gualala’s shops, restaurants, and markets are only seven minutes by car. Walk-on Beach and Gualala Point Regional Park are both within two miles, accessible via the Bluff Trail or car.
 
100% solar-powered, Seascape’s heat pump provides both central heat and air conditioning. Additional conveniences include a Bluetooth-enabled music streaming Pyle amplifier, washer, dryer, dishwasher, VOIP landline (free U.S. long-distance calls), a Level 2 EV charger (Teslas need adapter), and a backup battery to charge cellphones, etc. in the event of a power outage.
 
No smoking, no pets. Maximum four guests. Renters must be 25 or older; not at all suitable for children under 14 due to the proximity of a steep cliff overlooking the ocean.
