With an open view of the coastal meadow and the Pacific Ocean just beyond, this home showcases a classic Sea Ranch landscape in bright, comfortable style. The main living space is upstairs on the second floor, maximizing the view with large picture windows and an open layout that brings together the living room, the dining room, and the kitchen. You can prepare meals using every essential kitchen appliance (including double ovens and a gas range), and sit down to enjoy them at the island breakfast bar or the dining table for six. The living room, with its sectional sofa and wall-mounted flatscreen TV, is a wonderful place to play board games in the warmth of the gas fireplace, use the telescope to watch for whale spouts, or open the glass doors to the deck to let in the ocean breeze.

As you come home each afternoon from a hike on the Bluff Trail, a swim at the Del Mar Recreation Center, or a morning at the beach, you'll find a wonderful deck space out back with a gas grill, a picnic area beneath the trees, and a sheltered, private hot tub. Additional features at this home include a private washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi throughout, and bedrooms that are all on the ground floor (including two with an ocean view).

This home is located at the edge of an open meadow on the west side of Highway 1 in Sea Ranch. The Del Mar Recreation Center - with its heated outdoor pool, saunas, and two tennis courts - is a quarter-mile down the road; an access point to the oceanfront Bluff Trail is just as close to the south. Walk On Beach is less than a mile south, the Sea Ranch Golf Links are one mile north, and downtown Gualala - where you'll find the charming Surf Market, Trinks Cafe, and other shops and conveniences - is three miles north.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
