This is a duplex (think two townhomes next to each other) so it feels more like a single family home built in 2024. Each place is about 1,000 sq. ft. The main floor is a gorgeous open floor concept that has a full kitchen, 65` tv, electric fireplace and covered deck on the back. The main bedroom in on the second floor and although it`s narrow there is also a sitting bench and area to hang and fold your clothing. The second bedroom is more like a loft that has a queen bed. There is no door but it is separate and private from the other areas.
*Absolutely no parties. Guest who books must be at least 25 years old and must be staying at the property.
* No smoking of any kind allowed inside the premises. Minimum $200 fee and could be more depending on cost of removal.
*No dogs under 1.5 years old. Please be considerate when deciding to bring your dog to our place. We take pride in our home and we love our hardwood floors and quality furniture. If your dog does not behave properly, please do not bring him.
* No large fires in the fire pit.
