Welcome to Blessing By The Lake! This lakeside home is located on Barren River Lake in beautiful Sunset Ridge. You will find a picturesque setting with a relaxing covered front porch, outdoor fire pit, screened-in patio, and two spacious upper decks for grilling and gathering. This cabin has over 2000 sq. ft. of living space & offers 5 private bedrooms, a 6th open loft bedroom, and 4.5 bathrooms. This home features 2 master suites on the main level.



The Space:

Blessing By The Lake is located directly on Barren River Lake. The access to the lake for swimming and fishing is within walking distance about 2 lots down a country road, via a community dock. Baileys Point Campground is just over a mile from the property offering a boat launch, picnic area and playground! This location is the perfect proximity to Mammoth Cave National Park, The National Corvette Museum and Nashville, TN. This home offers everything you need for the ultimate lakeside retreat!



Cabin Layout: The main level features an open concept living area with a full kitchen + bar stool seating for four, a dining room table with seating for six, and living room with a large smart tv. The main level has two primary bedrooms (one bedroom has a king bed, the other has a queen bed) both with ensuite bathrooms. Upstairs, there is a lofted open bedroom with a queen bed and couch, a full bathroom, and a separate bedroom with two twin beds. Downstairs, you will find a living room with plush seating and large flatscreen TV, game room with air hokey + foosball, gaming TV, and two more bedrooms. The first downstairs bedroom features a full bed with ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom features a queen bed.



Outside, there are two decks. The top level has seating options both within the screened-in porch as well as outside. There is also a propane grill on this level. The downstairs deck features a ping pong table, hot tub, and fire-pit table. There are two kayaks located at the community dock for guest use.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the house and large private lot. Please note, there is no direct access to the lake directly from this cabin. There is a dock walking distance from this cabin. Guests are welcome to put in their boat at a nearby marina and park at that dock, then walk to the cabin. There are also two kayaks at that dock.



Check in is anytime after 4 pm, and check out is anytime before 11 am central time (CST).



Other Things to Note:

Each cabin is unique to specific items they include, however, RRG Getaways supplies the listed items below at all cabins as a baseline for guests. A starter amount of the following: hand soap, shampoo, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dish pods, laundry pods, and basic cleaning supplies. Any additional items needed will be the guest's responsibility to supply. We do not supply anything considered perishable or consumable, this includes but is not limited to, coffee, oil and the like.



Please note: the fireplace in the living room is currently out of order.

Firewood is provided. Propane is provided for the use of the grill. This cabin utilizes city water and is considered safe for using and drinking. This cabin does not allow pets.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the cabin and must be at minimum 50' away, as well as, consideration packing out any cigarette butts.
