Welcome to our Mountain Top Cabin- one of the four themed two-bedroom cabins that are all dog friendly and have a private hot tub. Set on 40 acres near gorgeous Lake Guntersville, Alabama: the master bedroom offers a king-sized bed with gorgeous lake views, while the second bedroom features custom-built queen-sized bunk beds inspired by the cabin theme. The spacious den includes a queen pull-out sofa and smart TV. Step outside to your private two-story deck with a hot tub, natural gas fire table, and outdoor dining area—ideal for soaking in the breathtaking surroundings.

While residing at ReTreet you will have access to on-site activities such as Disc Golf, Hiking Paths, Corn Hole, a Dog Park, a Horseshoe Pit, common area Nordic Cycle Station with cedar soaking tub, sauna and cold plunge, a Putting Green, Tree Store, Charcoal Grills and Fire Pits with outdoor seating. Our mountain top cabin vacation rentals come with a complimentary golf ATV during your stay.

Each Mountain Top Cabin comes with a complimentary ATV for navigating the resort. By confirming your booking, you agree to our terms of usage and liability. Usage and liability terms are listed below.

ATV Usage, Safety & Liability Terms:
By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept the following:
-You assume full responsibility for your own negligence while using the ATV.
-Keys must remain in the ATV, and it must be parked at its assigned station when not in use.
-The ATV must remain on ReTreet property and can only be driven on designated paths.
-Only 6 people are allowed on the ATV at a time, and all passengers must be seated.
-Drivers must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
-Unsafe behavior (speeding, reckless driving, etc.) will result in the immediate forfeiture of ATV privileges.
-Use of the ATV may result in injury or property damage. You are liable for any legal or medical claims arising from its use.
-By using the ATV, you voluntarily release ReTreet Resort, its owners, and staff from any claims of injury, property damage, or loss of life resulting from ATV use.

Pets are allowed in Mountain Top Cabins. Pet fees apply.

Requires Stairs:
To access the upper and lower levels (bedrooms/hot tub), you must climb stairs

7. Back your ATV into its number location, leave key in ignition

Guest Capacity & Additional Fees

The maximum capacity for your unit is 8 guests.
If your group exceeds this, there is a $25 fee per additional person per day
Additional guests must be shuttled using the provided ATV.

House Rules & Property Waiver

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, cabin guests must complete the check-in process in person between 4PM and 6PM at our office on check in day. During this time, our staff will provide a mandatory safety orientation for operating your assigned Kawasaki transport vehicle. For safety reasons, access to your cabin will not be granted until this orientation is completed. If you are unable to arrive during the 4PM - 6PM check-in window, please contact us in advance to arrange an alternative check-in time and access to your unit. A $50 late check-in fee will apply if prior arrangements are not made and/or your arrival time is after 6:30 pm.

All house rules are provided in an eBook sent to you before arrival and are also available in the guest book inside your unit.
By booking, you agree to e-sign the property waiver, which outlines all rules and safety guidelines.

ATV Usage & Liability Terms
Your reservation includes a 6-seater ATV with a maximum capacity of 6 guests.

Usage Guidelines:

Keys must remain in the ATV, and it must be parked at its assigned station when not in use.
The ATV must remain on ReTreet property and can only be driven on designated paths.
Only six people are allowed on the ATV at a time, and all passengers must be seated.
Drivers must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
Security Deposit & Responsibility
A $250 security deposit hold will be placed on your card on the day of arrival and released within 5-7 business days of checkout, provided no damages occur.
You are responsible for any damages and agree to cover repair costs if necessary.
