Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 50.
A security deposit of 1.000 euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity, heating, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens, midweek change of bath towels and pool towels, midweek cleaning of the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms (3 hours), welcome basket (breakfast items), baby cot.
Tourist tax: 1.50 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 7 nights, to pay at booking.
