The Space:
The Avenue Victoria Apartment is a bright and stylish holiday apartment with sea and castle views. You’ll be welcomed into a spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area. Perfect for socialising and relaxing with your loved ones, this space is both comfortable and sophisticated.

Shaker in style, the dove grey kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware so you can really make the most of your self-catering stay. The dining area includes a large wooden table, a window seat and four velvet dining chairs.

The master bedroom in the apartment features a king size bed and the second bedroom is a twin which can be made into a king for your arrival if this is more suitable for your stay. Both bedrooms boast premium bed linens and plush bedding to ensure you have the best sleep possible.

Modern and clean, the family bathroom has a large walk in shower, WC and basin.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the seaside town of Scarborough, The Avenue Victoria Apartment is a short walk to all of the attractions. Packed with seaside charm, you’ll find plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes to discover as well as arcades and ice cream parlours.

There are a number of beaches for you to choose from. The popular South Bay is a sun trap and close to the hustle and bustle of the town centre. North Bay has been accredited with Blue Flag status meaning it’s one of the best beaches in Europe! Cayton Bay is the quietest of the three and boasts a sweeping bay with a rural feel. Lastly Cornelian Bay is the remotest and hardest to get to but it’s a hidden gem and often empty.

Ideal for all weathers, there are lots of indoor attractions in Scarborough for the whole family. Head to Sea Life Sanctuary to see seals, penguins, sharks, turtles and more or Scarborough Castle to explore its 3000 year history. If it’s outdoor fun you’re looking for, The Open Air Theatre is a short 20 minute walk from the house where you can see amazing bands, singers and comedians. There is also the Sky Trail Adventure and Peasholm Park nearby.

Getting Around:
The Avenue Victoria Apartment is within walking distance of Scarborough town centre and within 1 hours’ drive time of Staithes, Whitby, Robin Hood’s Bay and Filey.

Scarborough Train Station is a short 15 minute walk away and has routes to Filey, Bridlington, Liverpool and Sheffield.

There are plenty of bus routes throughout Scarborough. Hop on the 12 route and you can visit neighbouring seaside spots of Filey and Bridlington. The X93 travels through to Middlesbrough with drop offs in Robin Hood’s Bay and Whitby.
