Sleeping two guests, Apartment 4 @ Queens Court is perfect for couples escapes and getaways with friends.

Apartment 4 @ Queens Court has been recently refurbished to the highest standard so you can expect modern and immaculate interiors throughout.
LIVING ROOM
The apartment boasts a cosy and welcoming living room with a sofa and a flat screen TV where you can unwind after a busy day of exploring. A sofa bed can be made up in the room upon request, increasing the occupancy to four.
KITCHEN
Modern and sophisticated, the kitchen features grey cabinets and a wooden dining table with pull-out stools. This space has everything you could need to make the most of your self-catering stay.
BEDROOM
The bedroom benefits from a double bed. The room boasts premium bed linens and plush bedding to ensure you have a peaceful night's sleep.
BATHROOM
The bathroom includes a good-sized shower, WC and basin.
Apartment 4 is part of a four-apartment complex at Queens Court sleeping up to 8 guests, or 16 if you opt to have the sofa beds made up in each apartment. If you are looking to book a stay for a large group you can reserve Apartments 1, 2 and 3 as well and enjoy exclusive use of the building. Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the apartment are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

The Neighborhood:
Apartment 4 @ Queens Court is located in the popular coastal town of Scarborough. Packed with seaside charm, youâll find plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes to discover as well as arcades and ice cream parlours.
There are a number of beaches for you to choose from too. The popular South Bay is a sun trap and close to the hustle and bustle of the town centre. North Bay has been accredited with Blue Flag status meaning itâs one of the best beaches in Europe! Cayton Bay is the quietest of the three and boasts a sweeping bay with a rural feel. Lastly Cornelian Bay is the remotest and hardest to get to but itâs a hidden gem and often empty.
Ideal for all weathers, there are lots of indoor attractions in Scarborough for the whole family. Head to Sea Life Sanctuary to see seals, penguins, sharks, turtles and more or Scarborough Castle to explore its 3000 year history. If itâs outdoor fun youâre looking for, The Open Air Theatre is a short 15 minute walk from the property where you can see amazing bands, singers and comedians. There is also the Sky Trail Adventure and Peasholm Park nearby.
Getting Around:
Apartment 4 @ Queens Court is within walking distance of all that Scarborough has to offer and within 1 hoursâ drive time of Staithes, Whitby, Robin Hoodâs Bay and Filey.
Scarborough Train Station is a short 15 minute walk away and has routes to Filey, Bridlington, Liverpool and Sheffield.
There are plenty of bus routes throughout Scarborough. Hop on the 12 route and you can visit neighbouring seaside spots of Filey and Bridlington. The X93 travels through to Middlesbrough with drop offs in Robin Hoodâs Bay and Whitby.
