15 Easby Hall has been recently refurbished to the highest standard so you can expect stunning interiors throughout.
LIVING ROOM
The apartment boasts a spacious and welcoming living room with two comfy leather sofas and a flat screen TV where you can unwind after a busy day of exploring. A sofa bed can also be made up upon request, increasing the occupancy to four.
KITCHEN
Ultra modern and sophisticated, the kitchen diner features wooden cabinets and a glass dining table with cushioned chairs. Perfect for preparing and enjoying meals with your loved one, the kitchen diner has everything you could need to make the most of your self-catering stay. Make use of the oven, hob, kettle, toaster, and full size fridge-freezer.
BATHROOM
Youâll also find a bathroom on the lower floor featuring a bathtub, WC and basin.
BEDROOM
Take the stairs up to the upper level and youâll find the bedroom and an ensuite shower room. The bedroom benefits from a comfy memory foam king size bed boasting premium bed linens and plush bedding to ensure you have a great nightâs sleep.
GARDEN
Step outside and enjoy the communal space. Youâll find manicured shrubbery on site, along with a park nearby which is ideal for dog walking.

Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the apartment are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
A designated private parking space is available to guests staying at 15 Easby Hall.
The Neighborhood:
There are a number of beaches for you to choose from in Scarborough. The popular South Bay is a sun trap and close to the hustle and bustle of the town centre. North Bay has been accredited with Blue Flag status meaning itâs one of the best beaches in Europe! Cayton Bay is the quietest of the three and boasts a sweeping bay with a rural feel. Lastly Cornelian Bay is the remotest and hardest to get to but itâs a hidden gem and often empty.
Ideal for all weathers, there are lots of indoor attractions in Scarborough for the whole family. Head to Sea Life Sanctuary to see seals, penguins, sharks, turtles and more or Scarborough Castle to explore its 3000 year history. If itâs outdoor fun youâre looking for, The Open Air Theatre is a 30 minute walk from the house where you can see amazing bands, singers and comedians. There is also the Sky Trail Adventure and Peasholm Park nearby.
Getting Around:
15 Easby Hall is within walking distance of all that Scarborough has to offer and within an hoursâ drive of Whitby, Staithes and Saltburn.
Scarborough Train Station is a short 15 minute walk away and has routes to York, Hull and Sheffield, with connecting routes to Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool.
The East Yorkshire 128 bus route travels between Scarborough and Helmsley with stops in Thornton Le Dale, Pickering and Kirkbymoorside, whilst the Arriva X93 runs to Whityby and Middlesbrough.
