Right by the sea, an attractive, comfortable apartment overlooking the Gulf of Biodola, a short stroll from Scaglieri beach, in the centre of a small hamlet of traditional houses in pastel colours, with narrow streets which lead, as if by a magic spell, on the rocks of a sheltered cove. The large terrace, directly above the sea, offers unforgettable sunsets, as the sun sinks between Elba and the island of Capraia. The apartment is ideal for a family or a group of friends seeking an apartment near the sea. The location is also an excellent starting-point for exploring all the other lovely beaches and natural marvels the island has to offer, just a few minutes away by car. Scaglieri beach, with restaurants, bars, convenience and general stores, boat hire and beach clubs, is very nearby.
The apartment consists of a tastefully furnished living room adorned with items reflecting the owners' tastes, which, in addition to the dining area, features a sofa and a TV with decoder (for those who cannot do without their own pay-TV card), with access to the fully equipped kitchen equipped with a dishwasher; three bedrooms: two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. The living room opens onto the furnished terrace shaded by a pleasant pergola, which offers a charming sea view where two bedrooms overlook and a space housing the washing machine and a shower with hot water, and hosts comfortable sun loungers for relaxation and sunbathing. The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a large shower and the other with only amenities (toilet, sink, bidet). The house is also equipped with a heating system (rather rare in these areas) and can therefore be rented out all year round, making it attractive to those who enjoy the sea and beaches during the cooler and less tourist-crowded periods of the year.
