Maison Tranquil "Gringo Hill" - Casa Paraiso del Pacifico - Sayulita Central

Nos deux chambres - maison de trois bains- est situé au-dessus de la ville de Sayulita sur Gringo Hill. Cet emplacement se trouve à 10 minutes à pied de la plage de la ville et de la place - sur le bruit et la congestion de rester en ville ou sur la plage. Notre maison a une vue panoramique sur l'océan depuis la terrasse supérieure. Il possÚde une piscine et une grande véranda pour se détendre et profiter de la brise fraßche que Gringo colline offre. Notre maison a une grande chambre des maßtres avec un lit king size. Le maßtre de bain a une douche de plain-pied et une baignoire Jacuzzi de trempage. La chambre d'hÎtes dispose de deux lits jumeaux avec une douche de plain-pied dans le bain. Il y a une salle de bain invité la salle de séjour pour plus de commodité. En outre, le canapé dans le salon fait sortir dans un lit de taille.

Notre maison a une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec de trÚs beaux appareils. Tous vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, et les accessoires sont de bonne qualité. Dans la cuisine, vous trouverez la plupart des articles que vous avez besoin pour cuisiner aussi grand ou petit que vous le souhaitez. Attenant à la cuisine et salon, il y a un bar pour les repas informels ou tout simplement de parler et de visiter pendant que le cuisinier est dans la cuisine. DerriÚre la cuisine, nous avons une salle de lavage à la fois avec laveuse et sécheuse.

La plupart de nos clients, prendre leurs repas sur la vĂ©randa oĂč nous avons une belle toutes les tables mĂ©tĂ©o et des chaises. La vĂ©randa donne sur la piscine et les jardins. Sur la vĂ©randa, vous trouverez un hamac qui est idĂ©al pour se dĂ©tendre. Il y a aussi des chaises amplement pour les clients de se dĂ©tendre et profiter de la vue.

Notre maison est gĂ©rĂ©e par Maria Jimenez. Maria est d'une ancienne et trĂšs respectĂ©e famille Sayulita et a vĂ©cu dans le pueblo toute sa vie. Maria vous attendra Ă  la maison et vous orienter. Maria peut Ă©galement organiser des excursions de pĂȘche, un cuisinier de venir Ă  la maison, ou un massage sur la vĂ©randa. Maria connaĂźt tout le monde dans le pueblo et est idĂ©al si vous avez un problĂšme ou d'urgence. Elle peut Ă©galement organiser des leçons de surf, paddle board location, ou des excursions d'Ă©quitation.

Notre maison a beaucoup de commoditĂ©s "Gringo" tels que l'air conditionnĂ© dans les chambres, internet, et un petit coffre-fort dans le maĂźtre. La maison est bien entretenu avec de beaux jardins et de palmiers pour l'isolement. Comme beaucoup de maisons sur Gringo Colline ont rĂ©sidents Ă  temps plein, nous avons trouvĂ© cet endroit pour ĂȘtre encore trĂšs fort privĂ©. Si vous louer une voiturette de golf ou avoir une voiture, nous avons un parking dĂ©diĂ© sur la propriĂ©tĂ© avec l'Ă©lectricitĂ©.
Lors de votre séjour dans cette maison de vacances, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes de marche de Plage de Sayulita. Un bain à remous et une laverie sont disponibles. Cette maison de vacances comprend des équipements et services comme l'accÚs Wi-Fi à Internet gratuit et une piscine privée.

The villa is absolutely gorgeous and the architecture, layout, decore and outdoor spaces are so beautiful. This place is so well equipped with everything you would need and so much more... from the pool towels and extra beach towels, to cleaning supplies, shopping bags, coffee supplied, spices and oils you just reach for it and it is there. Even shampoo, conditioner, body wash... everything all topped up! The linens also are great quality and feel so crisp and luxurious, which makes you feel like special guests. Very comfortable beds, soft thick towels and bathmats and everything so clean and white. The location is really perfect, so close to everything, the town, the beach. It is high up on a steep hill but that gives you the exercise you want to burn off all of the amazing food. Our host was always a message away with good response and when we requested a golf cart it was brought right to our door. Very clean home and grounds maintained daily. Our roundtrip airport transport arranged by our host was very smooth and easy, so much peace of mind. We would come back and stay here again for sure! Thanks you John for a perfect experience.

We had an amazing week! The house was perfect for our family: 2 adults, 2 teenagers. The grounds were beautiful, the pool was relaxing and the views (from all vantage points throughout the property were amazing. Inside was very comfortable and stocked with everything to make us feel at home. There’s so much space to enjoy and relax. John made everything so easy and his attention to detail made our trip planning seamless. Maria was a great contact on-site as well. We would definitely stay here again. 100% recommend.

A Peaceful Paradise

This was the perfect retreat for our stay in Sayulita! The house offered the ideal balance of privacy and convenience. It’s just a short 10-minute walk to the town square and beach, yet far enough from the noise and bustle to truly relax and unwind.The home itself is beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained. The pool was a highlight—perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. The upper sundeck provided stunning panoramic ocean views, and we especially loved sitting up there in the evenings, watching the incredible lightning shows from nearby storms. It was such a peaceful and memorable experience.Maria was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She made sure we were oriented to the house and was always available to assist with anything we needed. From arranging taxis to connecting us with a boat captain for a snorkeling excursion, Maria went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable.

Fantastic Property!

The property was amazing. Our 3 boys ages 16, 14, and 12 loved the pool and the home had great sleeping arrangements for them. The location was perfect for our family. An easy walk for the beach and to get to the downtown restaurants and street food. We made the walk 3-4 times per day during our week in Sayulita. John was easy to communicate with and Maria was a great resource during our stay.

Absolutely fantastic stay!

We were beyond thrilled with our stay at Casa Paraiso del Pacifico! John was very helpful before our trip in providing detailed information about the house and Sayulita. He also helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport, as well as a golf cart rental. The location of the house is superb! It is right up the hill from the main plaza so it is super easy to enjoy the all the liveliness of town and then head up the hill for quiet, peaceful relaxation. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with tropical plants and the house has authentic Mexican decor. The house was well provisioned. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The views from the 2nd floor and roof top patios were exquisite. We felt so fortunate to be able to stay here! Thank you John for sharing your incredible home with us :)

This home is like being at home. Amazingly comfortable, well appointed and very appropriate architecture and decor for Sayulita, Mexico. The property manager and host were very attentive and hospitable. Couldn’t have had a better experience. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family and returning. .

Perfectly Perfect

From the start of the rental you’re introduced to Maria who cares for the property and she sets up your weekend ahead of time or during your stay from transport to and from the airport to fishing, rentals, personal chefs, whatever ya need! The house is very clean with a good size plunge pool for those hot afternoons or early morning wake ups. You are above Sayulita so it’s quiet! You’re also exposed to the cooling breeze that comes up the hill. Wonderful views! The street is beautiful and lush. I can’t wait to stay again! An anniversary for the books :)

I wish it was my house

From beginning to the end, the owner John and the local property manager Maria satisfied all of our questions, wants and needs. Maria helped book a fishing trip and snorkeling for my family. The house is beautiful, well maintained and was very clean upon arrival. I think the only thing missing was a TV in the master bedroom. After a long day at the beach, and the kids are asleep, it would have been nice to watch a movie with my wife from the comfort of the bedroom. The town and beach are a short walk down the hill. Many people rent golf carts, we preferred to walk. If you have never driven in this area, I highly recommend renting a SUV or truck with higher ground clearance. We went down many roads that grinded and scraped the bottom of our Nissan rental car. We would definitely rent this home again in the future. A wonderful home and experience. Thank you.

Roomy Spot for a Family

Highlights: Maria--the house manager is wonderful. She is so kind, makes herself as available as you need, and has a deep knowledge of Sayulita. There is plenty of room for a family especially for a longer stay. Lots of room to spread out and enjoy various activities together or privately. The pool area looks shady in the online photos but got plenty of sun throughout the day to enjoy sunbathing poolside even in the winter months. The garden areas are beautifully maintained and gorgeous. The house has a lived-in family vibe--not too precious or designer-y with sturdy furniture and a handful of traditional pieces like the four-poster bed and the bedroom wardrobe. Some items are quite dated. The views are stunning and it is so close to town--walking distance from everywhere. What to know: The kitchen is well appointed with everything you will need if you like to cook. Pans are older teflon and most of the items are somewhat flimsy and new-ish or fragile from wear, again slightly dated. Filtered water is provided and the supply is refreshed weekly. Nights in Sayulita can be LOUD! I doubt it matters where you stay. Pack earplugs! Minisplit units upstairs and down are available if you need them (we did not) but make the space easy to cool. The living room can definitely accommodate five people or even six but the seating is probably only comfortable for longer stretches for about three of those people.The neighbors are great. The house was perfect for our longer stay.

Amazing Sayulita Stay

5 stars all the way! The Villa was beautiful, spacious and very well equipped and the private pool was a treat. The town of Sayulita was amazing, so friendly, great food and beautiful little boutiques everywhere. The beach was great to walk every day and we were impressed with how clean it was. This amazing house is in the perfect location, just a short walk up the hill from town. Our family did not use a golf cart and the walk up the hill was a nice way to end the day and made the cold beer taste even better when we got "home". What made this trip more memorable was the support and care of John (home owner) and Maria (house manager). From the pickup at the airport to the suggestions of activities, restaurants and gym, we felt we had our own private concierge. Communication with John and Maria was prompt and very helpful. Do not hesitate to book this property! You will not be disappointed!

My family of 6 loved Casa Paradiso! Plenty of space for us all, beautiful property with amazing views of Sayulita! John is easy to contact and super helpful as well as is Maria, the property manager. We can’t wait to stay again next summer! Thanks John!

Loved Every Minute! A True Gem!

I cannot say enough about our experience at John and Molly's little slice of heaven!! We wanted to find the perfect spot for our two families to experience Mexico, in a relaxing setting...and we found it!! Everyone loved the location (the perfect distance, just a short walk up, from the adorable town of Sayulita) and the comforts of home provided by the amazing hosts and local team of helpers. From the moment we arrived at the airport, John had everything arranged for us- airport transfer, stop at the grocery, golf cart delivery. He was the most kind and thorough host I've had the pleasure of working with...and, we've traveled a lot. We felt so cozy and safe at the house, with all of the modern amenities and comfy beds. The many outdoor spaces offered plenty of room to spread out and relax. The house is decorated with impeccable taste in art and full of beautiful ,thoughtful details. The layout worked well for our group, with bedrooms w/ bathrooms on two separate levels. We loved walking down the little cobblestone lane in the mornings to get coffee at one of the many great spots, followed by a stroll on the beach and a little shopping at the many stands on our way back "home". The kids spent countless hours in the pool and we prepared several meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The newer washer and drier were appreciated! I could go on and on, but in a nutshell, look no further! This is truly the perfect spot to unwind, get a taste of culture, and enjoy the magic of Sayulita! Thank you so much, John and Molly for sharing you gorgeous home with our families! We're already dreaming of returning...
