Villa Barranca is a a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom Hacienda Style house, a block from the beach and close to town and the childrenÂŽs playground.

The house is very amplious with a big open garden that surrounds the pool, this is the perfect place for family with children, couples or friend looking to reconnect.

The house is very open and airy, with enough room for family gatherings and with many private spaces for people that preffer alone time.
There is an indoor living area, outdoor palapa living area, we have a cover space with a dinning table near the pool for you to enjoy your morning coffe or your 5pm cocktails.

Be ready to sunbathe by the pool, read a book or just enjoy a quite nap on the lounchairs.

Everything was perfect! This was the best vacation, completely made by having the best place to come back to, to relax and recharge for the next day. Nancy was amazing, her communication & warmth was next level. 10/10 would recommended and will definitely be back!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The host, Nancy, was exceptional, always available to answer any questions and quick to coordinate transportation and golf cart rentals. She also provided excellent recommendations, and the house manual was full of helpful tips and local information.The home itself was beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. It had the best water pressure I’ve ever experienced while renting in Mexico, and the water was consistently hot, which is a rare luxury! Each of the four bedrooms had its own bathroom, which made our stay even more comfortable.The property’s location is ideal, just a short walk to town, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The backyard felt like a small oasis, and we even enjoyed watching iguanas roaming around the garden (our temporary “house pets”).The groundskeeper and housekeepers were professional, kind, and respectful, ensuring everything stayed clean and organized throughout our stay.Overall, our experience was outstanding, and we will definitely be returning in the future.

All the stars!

So much better than expected. Spacious beautifully maintained hacienda that is really central. 4 minute walk to the plaza and restaurants and market within a block. All the bedrooms had fans and AC which worked perfectly. Kitchen and upstairs living room and finding room were massive with room for at least 10 people. There was a lovely open area under a palapa which we didn’t use much as we had a busy 2 year old running around (and there was no railing) so we stuck to the seating area around the pool which was peaceful and vibrant. The pool itself was used everyday - the only thing to know is that it was not heated so quite chilly when we were there at NY. This didn’t stop the kids but I would imagine it would be refreshing in the summer months. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and pretty much anything you could want. Every room had a bathroom with shower. I can’t say enough good things about this place - it really exceeded my expectations. One small annoyance was that the groundskeeper/ pool maintenance worker was there quite often in the early morning and would loudly on his phone and woke up the kids a couple of times. I also wanted to emphasize how wonderful Nancy, the host, was in communicating throughout the process. This is our 4th time to Sayulita (now with little kids) and certainly not our first rodeo with VRBO. This place is the real deal and totally worth booking for a large family/group vacation.

Great house with a few drawbacks

The house was beautiful & clean. The kids loved the pool and spent many hours in it. The location was close to downtown, very close to the beach and just around the corner from the quieter, cleaner North End. The street noise was not insignificant for the two bedrooms on the street, as the windows had no glass. The electricity was not consistent and we had one very hot night without A/C but our host graciously moved us to another house for our last night. A house could really use a generator for those times when the power is out.
