Cette maison est une escapade parfaite avec un périmÚtre clos complÚtement privé, y compris un magnifique jardin tropical. La maison est dans un quartier trÚs calme, loin du bruit de fin de nuit du centre-ville mais seulement une courte 15min. à pied de la plage et de la place principale.

Awesome place. Very clean and in a quiet friendly neighborhood away from the party on the beach. The walk to the beach isn’t bad, but recommend a golf cart or side by side.

Place was amazing, id say the pictures dont do it justice. Great pool, spent alot of quality time with my little one.Great location, close to two markets, and a few restaurants. Nit a bad walk to the beach, only about 10 minutes. Would absolutely cone back!

The host was very quick to respond when questions were asked. Pool was a bit cold but most of our time was spent at the beach so not a big deal. Kitchen gas stove was a bit difficult but once going cooked fine. The house was perfect for our stay and we truly enjoyed it.

Zach's house was amazing - not by the beach but for that reason quiet other than the roosters (who do not appear to sleep) and the neighborhood dogs. Only a 10-15 min from the town and beach, and we enjoyed the walks in any event. The neighborhood is rustic, and mostly friendly Mexican families. Stores close by. The property is really sweet. Only suggestions are: replace the dryer (we could not do laundry because it was broken and nothing dries in that humidity with hanging/it's quite rusted so I assume it's pretty old), nicer options for seating on the upstairs balcony/patio, and replace the range (the stove was fine, the inside of the oven was really grotty so we didn't use it). There also were not any dishtowels so we used bathroom towels in the kitchen. Other than that, it was perfect and we had a wonderful vacation with our three young adult children, who fell in love with Sayulita and went out partying with their new friends every night. Pepe the property manager brought us water when we ran out, and did his best to try to fix the dryer. The pool is a very nice touch, the house was very clean with lots of space for all of us. Thank you so much Zach!

The house was lovely!! We were really glad to be able to escape the town centre noises at the end of the night.It was super fun to live in a neighborhood with the local people, it felt like more of an authentic experience complete with roosters!The house was very comfortable and we loved the dipping pool after a hot and sticky day at the beach.We enjoyed the walk to/from the beach 10-15 min max.

Great Location

Just a 15 walk to town and in quiet residential area. The small pool was big enough for a refreshing dip at end of day. The upper level is a complete master suite with bathroom, shower and two covered patios. Great set up for two couples.

This property is located just off the Punta Mita highway. We are both retired and found it too far to walk daily to the centre of town. However younger legs will find the walk easy. We highly recommend renting a golf cart. There is so much beauty
.. and so much to see , it would be impossible to walk ! There are plenty of small fruit, and vegetable stores right around the corner, these stores also stock your every day needs! There is an excellent butcher downtown ! The property is located in a Barrio, with so many wonderful people. This was one of the beautiful highlights of our stay. The Local people.The home itself is an excellent find. The property manager Pepe was there whenever we needed, offered us lots of advise.. Angie our cleaning lady was excellent and so kind.Pepe speaks very good English and can help with all your questions. The property grounds are lush and well kept. The washer and dryer are a wonderful bonus.Everything you need is right there. You really do not have to shop in the city before you arrive.Plus supporting the local people is important.Zack the owner, was easy to talk to to sort out any issues we had.This property is worth the stay. If you enjoy a brisk pool, roosters, dogs, plush greenery, and peacefulness this is the right choice for you. You can enjoy the peace and if you want some action , it’s a short 3 minute buggy ride. Restaurants a plenty!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Neighborhood has some holiday rentals but the majority of the homes are local families. Its an easy 15 minute walk to the town centre or the fabulous beach. At the house the pool and decks are great for hanging out. The beds are comfortable, and the shower rooms are clean. As long as you understand that this is not trying to be a "luxury" home, and that it's in a friendly but not upscale neighborhood, you won't be disappointed.

Home away from home

Very happy with the home. Loved the Pool, refreshing. Beds very comfortable. The owner would reply right away when asked questions. Overall the house is great. 10 minute walk to Beach We walked everywhere. Did not need a car at all. Golf carts are available if want to rent. Found them expensive. 60.00 us for a day. Bus takes you into PV, or Bucerias, to get groceries. Then easy to grab cab to go back with all your groceries. Lots of places to eat, cheap or expensive your choice. We cooked at home mostly. Vegie markets on streets by the locals are awesome.

Wonderful taste of Mexico

We had a fantastic time staying in this beautiful home. It's actually in a neighborhood that is a mix of locals and visitors so we really enjoyed being a part of a real neighborhood. We brought our little dog Lilly and all the dogs were super friendly. I think she had the time of her life. All of our ?s and needs were dealt with immediately. I totally recommend this house. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied with all you need so we cooked quite a bit.

The property was in a great location close enough to town and beach but far enough away to escape the noise. You can easily walk to the town and beach but we rented a golf cart from Riviera golf carts which made it easy. The house was great as we especially liked the water fall swim pool. If you want a nice place in a safe and quiet neighborhood this is your spot. They were also flexible with check in and check out times which really helped us out. Great house, great location, and great staff!

Lovely stay and lovely hosts - great option for your sayulita stay!

My family and I stayed at Casa Febrero for 4 days and loved it. Zach provided a great amount of information for us prior to our stay, and Patricia was very friendly when she greeted us upon arrival. The location was in a quieter area just across the highway, so we did not find it loud at night. The rooms were clean and the whole house was colourfully decorated. The full kitchen was great, and we cooked numerous meals from home. Thank you for a perfect welcome to Sayulita!

the House was clean enough, no TV set anywhere, strong WiFi signal, pool is cold.

After I made reservation I attempted to contact owner because house manager was not responsive to advertise arrival time. The owner never responded to my various attempts to reach him. I contacted VRBO for assistance and they were no able to contact the owner either. I felt cheated and defeated at first. I was told by VRBO to go to property and if the was was not ready by 4 PM to call then to be placed in a hotel for the night. I tried to cancel my reservation but there was a 50% penalty. The house manager did not care about my requests about honoring the arrival time. At the end the house was ready but owner never contacted me. The communication with him was zero. The house is located about 15 minutes walk to the town and beach, it has car parking available (1), no TV sets anywhere. It has what you need to cook and prepare light meals. Plenty of towels. No shampoo or soap for bathrooms. Stores nearby are very small with very limited supply of over priced items. We had almost all our meals in the downtown. Good air conditioning (individual units throughout the house). Neighbors are a bit noise but we had good nights rest. I think a bit over priced for area and neighborhood. Next time I visit this charming town I will try my luck somewhere else. That was my experience.

An amazing place. Situated a 10 minute work into town. The surrounding area was quiet and the neighbours were friendly. Inside the house is amazing. It offers a number of places to relax - including by the pool, under the patio and on one of the balconies. Would highly recommend!

Had a great experience in Sayulita and plan on returning year after year. The house was perfect .

Our kids (2 and 4yrs ) loved our little neighbourhood. Tucked away and quiet with sounds of Roosters and Chachalackas in the morning and afternoon. Ha. We rented a golf cart and bombed around town.

Beautiful property a short walk from town

Our group of 6 stayed here for 4 nights and we had a wonderful stay. It's a little off the beaten path and took a little maneuvering for our taxi driver to find, but when you open the gate it's like walking into your own little paradise. It's just a short walk into town, (we walk a lot in our daily lives to give you a bit of perspective) and is a great place for more adventurous people. We had 4 teenagers with us and they really liked the pool and outdoor spaces, and the rooms were comfortable enough for them to share. The upstairs suite was very luxurious with two private patios, double closets, and a large bathroom. I'd definitely recommend Casa Febrero for a small group visiting Sayulita!

Charming, comfortable, clean house.

This is the 3rd time I've been to Sayulita and the 3rd time I've stayed at Casa Febrero. It is situated in a charming Mexican neighborhood that offers an authentic glimpse into life of the locals. It offers all the comforts of the upscale resorts, but without the obnoxious insulation and culture jamming. I couldn't recommend Casa Febrero more.

Great house for 2 couples.

The house is great, we loved it. People need to understand that this is a very rural area, and our greatest annoyance was the many very vocal roosters in the area, and dogs also. Our biggest issue was what to do with the trash. Zach is extremely helpful and prompt in answering any questions.
