Loma House is on a wooded lot near Warren Dunes, a short walk from Lake Michigan’s sandy beach and dune trails. A seasonal heated pool, year-round hot tub and cedar sauna define outdoor living, while a large kitchen, 2 living areas + 4 bedrooms create a polished retreat for families and friends who want a refined Harbor Country stay close to the shore. THE SPACE
Inside, the main level centers around a larger kitchen with room for shared cooking, conversation, and unhurried meals. Two sitting areas provide separate zones for movies, games, or quieter time, each with a smart TV for film nights after the beach or pool. Tall ceilings and refreshed finishes keep the interior bright and the second family room offers plush seating and a wood-burning fireplace.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully styled with plush bedding, warm lighting, and serene design touches. The bonus den, complete with a pop-up sofa and sliding barn door, provides an additional cozy retreat.

The heated saltwater pool is seasonal, typically open from mid-May to early October, with space around it for loungers and relaxed afternoons between dune hikes. The hot tub operates year-round, and the cedar sauna sits just off the deck for a warm pause after cool lake swims or winter walks.

A fire pit set beneath the trees becomes the natural endpoint to many days here, with room for story-filled evenings and stargazing once the pool lights dim. The lawn gives space for play and lawn games, while the deck works well for serving casual dinners after time at the beach or the park.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.

All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.

The minimum age to rent this home is 25.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

We welcome up to one dog at this home at no additional charge. Please include your dog in the reservation details or let our team know after booking.  

Garage parking is NOT available for this home.

Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
