Shivaaz is a self created combination of two words. SHIVA ( Lord Shiva ) and AVAAZ ( Voice ). Lord Shiva resided in hills with the only sound of nature to be heard. This is just the setting of Shivaaz where you can feel as peaceful as possible in the mesmerizing voice of nature . The property boasts of an Infinity Pool, Games and Sports including Pool, Table Tennis, Volley Ball, Carrom, Karaoke along with visits to nearby Farms, The Dhabha and more. The Farm is set in serene Kajuwadi which as its name suggests is known for it's cashew cultivation. Tucked away amidst the pure hill of near the Goa/Maharashtra border the farms are an ideal offbeat getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Shivaaz provides a home right alongside nature that is not just peaceful and calm but also gives a peek into an organic nature-friendly way of life!

Shivaaz Holiday Farms was born out of love for nature, farming and animals. Started as a family-owned farm a decade ago, we noticed a lot of interest in family members and friends to spend more time at the farm to enjoy the surrounding nature, beautiful views, animals and farming. Recently we got the opportunity and time to create a new concept of holiday farm which finally launched in June 2021. Unlike hotels, we want guests to have 100% privacy. We want them to feel home with full independence while also enjoying facilities like the pool, playground, pool table, table tennis, barbecue and cooking etc. Where else can you pluck vegetables directly from the farm and cook fresh!

There are numerous local areas to visit like the Tilari Dam, Mangeli Waterfall, Sasoli Caves, Pargad Fort and lots more. Shivaaz offers a wonderful mix of offbeat luxury, alongside pristine natural surroundings and personalized service.
