Welcome to this upscale combo listing consisting of two units in a beautifully preserved 6-unit building in Savannah's iconic downtown district, designed for groups of up to 16 guests. Combined, these units offer 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Fully stocked with modern amenities and featuring a shared courtyard, these professionally designed spaces offer open concept layouts and kitchen and dining spaces perfect for entertaining larger groups.
The Space:
This listing consists of two non-connecting units located on the third and fourth floors of a 6-unit building. Guests can move between units using the shared building staircase. The property also features a shared courtyard available to all units. Please inquire if you are interested in renting one of the units separately.

ACCESSIBILITY & LAYOUT
These two units are located on the third and fourth floors of a 6-unit building. The units are not internally connected. Entry to Unit 3 requires 15 steps from street level to the second floor, followed by 24 additional steps to reach the third floor. Unit 4 requires an additional 24 steps from the third floor to reach the fourth floor. A metal handrail is available throughout. No elevator access. Each unit is entirely on one level with no additional stairs.

Welcome to the historic district of Savannah! Our neighborhood boasts easy access to Forsyth Park, just a 15-minute walk away, where you can enjoy picnics and people-watching by the iconic fountain. Explore renowned museums like the Telfair Museums, only a 10-minute walk from our doorstep, and catch live performances at the historic Lucas Theatre for the Arts, just a 5-minute stroll away. With charming local shops and a vibrant nightlife scene within walking distance, you'll experience the best of Savannah like a local.
Getting Around:
Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to SCAD (7-9 minute walk) and other area landmarks. Uber/Lyft is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car.

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.

–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.

–We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is simple, there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
