The Space:

This listing consists of two non-connecting units located on the third and fourth floors of a 6-unit building. Guests move between units using the interior staircase. Please inquire if you are interested in renting one of the units separately.

ACCESSIBILITY & LAYOUT

These two units are located on the third and fourth floors of a 6-unit building. The units are not internally connected. Entry to Unit 3 requires 15 steps from street level to the second floor, followed by 24 additional steps to reach the third floor. Unit 4 requires an additional 24 steps from the third floor to reach the fourth floor. A metal handrail is available throughout. No elevator access. Each unit is entirely on one level with no additional stairs.

Welcome to the historic district of Savannah! Our neighborhood boasts easy access to Forsyth Park, just a 15-minute walk away, where you can enjoy picnics and people-watching by the iconic fountain. Explore renowned museums like the Telfair Museums, only a 10-minute walk from our doorstep, and catch live performances at the historic Lucas Theatre for the Arts, just a 5-minute stroll away. With charming local shops and a vibrant nightlife scene within walking distance, you'll experience the best of Savannah like a local.



Getting Around:

Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to SCAD (7-9 minute walk) and other area landmarks. Uber/Lyft is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car.

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.

You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is simple, there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.

We come to Savannah a couple times a year and this was our first time staying here, the location is absolutely perfect! It’s right in the middle of downtown, walking distance to practically everything you need to see or want to do! I will say parking in the near by parking deck is a lot smarter and cheaper instead of paying daily parking and having to worry about making sure it’s paid by 8 am. The host was super nice and responded immediately to any messages I sent! Both units were incredibly clean, updated and were equipped with whatever we needed! The only reason I give the overall rating a 4 star and not a 5, is because of the stairs! In the listing it does say that each units are accessible to each other by stairs, what it doesn’t mention is that the units are on the 3rd and 4th level meaning you have to walk up and carry all luggage up 3 flights of stairs. My in laws are in their 60’s which was difficult for them and having a baby was definitely not fun.Other than the stairs, our experience was wonderful!
