The Space:
Take the stairs to the second floor and enter with your unique door code. Step into a serene space blending clean white walls, original hardwood floors, and stylish décor. The open-concept apartment features a spacious kitchen and dining area. Relax in the living room on an oversized sofa facing a large smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows. Custom pendants illuminate the room, while two reading chairs offer a cozy spot for a lazy morning with a book. The sofa also pulls out into a full mattress for a third sleeping accommodation.
The kitchen boasts custom cabinetry, a large island with ample counter space, and a full appliance package, making dining in simple and enjoyable. An antique dining set provides the perfect place for four to gather over a meal. Find a washer and dryer behind the bi-fold door closet adjacent to the kitchen, perfect for extended stays.
On the west side, you'll find two ensuite bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The primary ensuite features a new king mattress with fresh linens, while the second bedroom has a new full mattress. Both rooms have smart TVs, ample closet space, and dressers. Enjoy modern bathrooms with low-entry showers and single vanities, stocked with essentials like towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer.

Guest Access:
The entire condo is set up for your use ! We have an amazing BBQ directly next door as well as one of the best antique stores in town to our right! Please be respectful of your neighbors this is an apartment/condo building with multiple units so please keep noises to a minimum especially between 10PM - 7AM.

Getting Around:
Are you driving into town? There is a parking garage (State Street Garage) only 2 blocks down as well as metered street parking all around town. Be mindful of signs as parking does rotate for street cleaning.
Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and Uber/Lyft service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the Whitaker & Broughton stop just a 1-minute walk from the home. This free DOT trolley circulates downtown and provides ample stops at all the major attractions.
Want more options? Download the city’s local version of Uber called “The Downtowner.” Simply download the app, and they will pick you up for free!

This is a one-story walk-up! We love all of our historic buildings but unfortunately, that typically means no elevators are available :/
Absolutely no parties.
Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted at the property.
No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property.
Do not smoke in the property.
Must be 21 years of age to drink alcohol.
Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately.
Treat the apartment with respect, as if it was your own property.
