This property is professionally cleaned and disinfected after each stay, prior to each new arrival.
Safety devices: We have two actively recording cameras on the exterior of the property, one above the garage gate and one near the front door. There is also one Minut noise sensor on the inside in the downstairs hall, which only records decibel levels; it does not record video or audio.
Home access is via code typed on door keypad.
Parties, pets, and smoking are not allowed on the premises.

**Parking Included for 2 cars:
1st parking space - Compact garage for one compact size car on Premises. Garage dimensions are 10'4" wide x 21' long x 8'6" height.
2nd parking space - Parking card provided to be used at State Street Parking Garage, located two minutes walk from the house. This parking card is for one car only at State Street Parking Garage, there is no assigned space, and parking is upon their availability. Access is unlimited with the parking card for one car during the length of the stay.

-A security deposit of $500 will be put on hold during the length of the stay.
-Parking is available for 2 vehicles: 1 car can be any size, and 1 car must be a compact size.
-A $150 fee will be charged if the parking card provided for the parking garage is lost.

-Outside quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 7:00AM.
