If you want to vacation in a place just as historic and charming as Savannah itself, Drayton Place is the home for you. Situated in the heart of Savannah, these charming Savannah vacation rentals provide modern comfort in a vintage-inspired setting.
Vacation in a Beautiful and Historic Home
Drayton Place 1A & 1B are set in one of the most stunning Savannah vacation homes. This gorgeous brick Italianate home dates back to 1914. Delicate white columns surround the front entryway and soaring trees shade the walkways. The interior of the historic home has been renovated into modern apartments that still have plenty of antique charm.
As you enter the home, you'll be wowed by the soaring ceilings decorated with crown molding and other original trim. Gracefully curving staircases, fireplaces, and hardwood flooring provide even more historic appeal. The designer decor within the apartments further complements Drayton Place's unique design. Peaceful cream, beige, green, and blue colors help to highlight the home's natural light and beautiful architecture. The furniture is a blend of modern and traditional styles, and the apartments are tastefully decorated with local artwork and vintage pieces.
We Provide Plenty of Space for You and Your Guests
Drayton Place 1A & 1B have a unique layout that makes it easy to vacation with your friends and family. The apartments are two separate units situated next to each other on the first floor. You can easily socialize with the other members of your group, or you can retreat to your own space for a little privacy. Altogether, these units sleep six people and up to two dogs.
Unit 1A is the larger unit. It accommodates four guests altogether. You can sleep in the private master bedroom with a king-size bed, and the sofa in the living room folds out to reveal a queen-size bed. Unit 1B is slightly smaller and sleeps two guests. This unit has a single spacious bedroom with a king-size bed.
Both units provide room for you to enjoy your vacation. The full bathrooms in each unit have a combined bathtub and shower with a roomy vanity. Each unit also has a spacious living room with comfortable couches and armchairs to form a seating area and tables and chairs for dining. They also offer fully-equipped kitchens where you can make tasty meals. Unit 1A has a fridge, induction burner, and toaster oven while Unit 1B has a stove, oven, and refrigerator. Both kitchens have dishes, glasses, utensils, cooking tools, and other essentials, so you can save money and time by eating at home.
Relax in an Environment Filled With Amenities
Drayton Place might have vintage charm, but it also has plenty of state-of-the-art amenities. Each unit contains helpful appliances and technology to make your vacation easier. Instead of packing loads of clothes, you can pack light and wash items in the in-unit washers and dryers. We provide guests with hair dryers, irons, ceiling fans, heating, and air conditioning too. The living rooms have flat-screen televisions with satellite and cable, and the whole house has excellent WiFi. In addition to the full-sized kitchen appliances, we offer coffee makers, microwaves, toasters, and other helpful items for making food.

When you want to explore the rest of the city, you can easily drive downtown or ride the free trolley through the historic district. The town is filled with museums, music venues, parks, and shops, so there's something to do for everyone.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm
Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.
