If you're looking for mid-sized Savannah vacation homes, The LaRoche Estate on Pulaski Square is an excellent option. This property has two bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The home opens into a gorgeous parlor filled with cozy couches and chairs, and the floor space then flows to a petite kitchenette with a sink, microwave, and space for preparing drinks. Going downstairs to the garden level of the home reveals a spacious living room with a flatscreen television and a full-sized kitchen and dining area.

The house provides sleeping spaces for six guests. Upstairs, there are two luxurious bedrooms with their own en-suite baths. One room has a king-sized bed while the other has a queen-sized bed. Downstairs, the den offers a private entrance, additional sleeping accommodations with a queen-sized Tempur-Pedic sofa bed, and private full bath.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
The Pool is open during the below dates and times.

March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

A beautiful location! We never had any issues finding parking and yet we were smack in the middle of downtown, close to everything. The house is beautifully renovated, and absolutely stunning. Kitchen was well stocked as well! Check in and check out is very easy and smooth.

Overall this stay was exactly what we were looking forward to. The home itself was exquisite, and the details in the decor were absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect, so many adorable restaurants in walking distance along with great shopping and parks. There were a few hiccups we did not expect. The address on the listing is incorrect- it should say 212 W. Harris st instead of E. This made finding the location exceptionally more difficult. We parked in front everyday. They have lots of cookware and spices. Lots of stairs but it was not a problem for us.we stayed here for 2 weeks this time .Our first visit was for 5 days.

Beautiful home in a great location!

We loved this property. We've stayed in Savannah many times and this home is in a great location right across from Pulaski Square. It's within walking distance to everything downtown. The street is residential, so we found it to be quiet with minimal road noise. The house was very clean when we arrived. It has been updated with modern amenities. The house is 3 levels, so lots of stairs. We stayed with our kids, 16 and 10, and mostly hung out downstairs in the family room with the TV, computer desk, and kitchen. The whole (very picky) family loved the house and would choose to stay here again. The rental company was excellent and readily available for any questions. Texting them was convenient. Just a note, street parking was easy to find with lots of spots available close to the house. It did fill up mid-day but cleared out in the evening. We used the Park Savannah app to pay for parking. It says the spots (on this block) are a 5-hour limit. However, as soon as your 5-hour time limit expires in the app you can just start a "new session" with the same parking spot number. Very easy. Parking is free evenings and weekends depending on the spot. You can find good parking information on City of Savannah's website.
