Fully stocked with modern amenities, this condo is a perfect Savannah retreat. The professionally designed spaces offer open-concept layouts and kitchen & dining spaces perfect for entertaining.

This property consists of a main house with 2 separate units and a carriage house in the back. This listing represents the entire property for your exclusive use.

Unit B: Steps up to the front door of the building are required for access. Also, stairs are required to access this 2nd-floor unit. Though once inside the unit there are no interior stairs, the whole unit is on a single level.



Carriage House: Steps up to the front door of the building are required for access. This unit has bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floor and requires stairs to access the top floor.

The Neighborhood:

Located a quick 2 min walk away from Forsyth Park, our home places you at the doorstep of Savannah’s acclaimed food and art scenes. Check out the SCAD Museum of Art, or spend the day shopping and dining along the riverfront. There are a few homes in the neighborhood that need to be renovated, so while this could still be considered a transitional neighborhood, we have never had any safety issues. As far as safety is concerned, common sense is the general rule of thumb, just like in any major city. All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.



Getting Around:

Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to Forsyth Park (2 minute walk) and SCAD (12 minute walk) and other area landmarks. Uber/Lyft is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car.

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.

Beautiful contemporary 3-units accommodated our family reunion with plenty of beds and bathrooms. Jamie was a gem and went above to ensure that there would be some fun “board” games upon arrival. Jamie also contacted us when lock batteries were low and the handyman arrived promptly to change batteries in several of the locks. He also repaired the front porch railing as we noticed it was loose. The only issue we had was the pool. The water temperature was well over 104 degrees and unbearable. We contacted Jamie who provided directions on how to reset temperature gauges. Unfortunately that did not work. We mentioned the problem to the handyman. He immediately contacted Jamie and within 2 hours the problem was resolved. Unfortunately we lost 2 days in the pool. Overall, the entire property was clean, close to Forsyth park, and family friendly. We would definitely return and recommend it for others!

Great Property - Issues with AC and pool temperature

This is a great property for a large group of people, very clean and walking distance to a lot. The property management was super responsive and helpful. However, we specifically chose this property over others for the pool because we had small children but the whole time we were there the pool heater was broken turning the whole pool into a hot tub. We also had issues with the AC upstairs on the properties making it uncomfortable at night.We were offered a partial refund for the issues but it was so small relative to the total amount we paid. So that was disappointing.

Beautiful Home!

We loved our stay at this beautiful property! We did have some issues with check in (codes weren’t working) and couldn’t get into the home upon our arrival, but I was able to reach someone in the office quickly and they helped us to gain access. It was a bit confusing, as there were several codes (this property has three separate homes), and the ones that were sent to me were labeled as Units 1, 2 and C, but the homes were physically marked as Units A, B and C. The instructions they later sent to gain access to the homes with a key via the lockboxes was a bust, as there were no actual keys in any of the lockboxes. We eventually found the keys on a table inside Unit C once we gained access. Also, one of the keypads to Unit C wasn’t working, despite our contact Jamie changing out the batteries. It was clear that housekeeping didn’t follow protocol with the key situation. Jamie took care of that quickly and followed up with me several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. All three properties were very well appointed and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, the pool was not working during our stay, which was very disappointing as that was one of the big reasons we chose this property, but Jamie issued us a credit for that to make up for it. It didn’t stop the kids in our group from at least trying out the pool, even if only for a few minutes. All in all, we would highly recommend staying at this beautiful property in gorgeous Savannah!
