The space
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome combines modern amenities and a relaxing feel with its own private courtyard and lofted bedroom. At this home you're close to the action but feel like you're away from it all with its modern and spacious decor!
This Retreat is a truly relaxing oasis in the middle of our bustling Historic District. This home offers plenty of privacy, including a private courtyard and parking, while being just three blocks from River Street and a short walk from Broughton Street, the hub of downtown Savannah's shopping. Excellent walkability to everything you need. Step outside and find yourself just minutes away from top-rated restaurants, charming cafes, shopping, and vibrant nightlife.
This modern two-bedroom townhome has an open living space with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out into the courtyard. There's plenty of comfortable seating, and a large flat screen smart TV for some quality downtime. The dining room has seating for six, and is just off of the galley-style kitchen with all the amenities of home. Upstairs you'll find a true oasis: two queen bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bath. The back bedroom has sliding doors to a small patio, while the front loft-style bedroom overlooks the living room. Both bedrooms have plenty of space to unpack, so you can settle into your home-away-from-home.
Eat like a local at nearby Zunzi's, which serves up a unique and delicious blend of Swiss, Italian, South Africa and Dutch flavors. Stopping at Leopold's Ice Cream is a must for anyone with a sweet tooth. No matter where you wander, you'll always be within walking distance to this beautiful home.

Other things to note
Savannah is a walking city and our architecture and squares are best enjoyed on foot. Please remember to only cross streets in designated crosswalks. And, as in most cities, jaywalking is punishable by a fine. Obey all pedestrian signals and signage.
Bicycles are a great mode of transportation in Savannah; however, bicycles are prohibited in squares, parks, and sidewalks throughout Savannah.
If you happen to be locked out of the property, please contact us. Neighbors and surrounding business do not have spare keys to the property.
Additional Street Parking:
48-hour parking passes are available for $12 from Savannah's Parking Services Office at 100 East Bryan Street, the Savannah Visitor's Center at 301 MLK Blvd. The pass provides parking at any meter, with a time limit of one hour or more. It also includes complimentary parking at any of the City owned Parking Garages.
