The Space:

Step into a space where modern design meets historic charm. The living area showcases a blend of styles, featuring steampunk hardware, black-and-white Cuban tile flooring, and modern seating in neutral tones and unique prints. Natural light floods the space through multiple windows, enhanced by ornate mirrors. For a more intimate atmosphere, blackout shades are available.



The bedroom offers a cozy retreat with a queen-size bed, vintage bedside tables, and high-thread-count cotton sheets. A black ceiling fan ensures comfort, while a dedicated workstation provides a space for work or leisure. The kitchen is equipped for light meals and snacks, with a stainless steel high table that serves as a dining area or bar. Step outside to the private deck just off the bedroom to enjoy the Savannah weather.

The Neighborhood:

You don’t have to go far to experience Savannah’s charm, history, and local flavor. Forsyth Park - the city’s iconic 22-acre green space with its famous fountain, cafĂ©, arboretum, and frequent events - is just four blocks east.



Walk down Park Avenue to the south end of the park to visit local favorites like Sentient Bean Coffeehouse, Brighter Day Natural Foods, Betty Bombers, and the American Legion Bar. Nearby, you’ll also find Local 11Ten, one of Savannah’s most highly regarded restaurants, along with the Mansion on Forsyth Park Hotel, home to piano lounges, 700 Drayton Restaurant, and an art gallery.



Within walking distance of Josephine’s Carriage House, Rumrunner’s Bakery (two blocks north on Montgomery Street) offers breakfast and lunch for dine-in or takeout. Sandfly Barbecue, about 3.5 blocks away near the SCAD Fashion Building, is a local favorite for classic Southern barbecue and sides.



At the north end of Forsyth Park, the Savannah Design District offers unique shopping, including home furnishings, clothing, jewelry, and specialty boutiques. Downtown Savannah, River Street, and the Starland Art District are all nearby. While some guests enjoy walking, pedicabs, rental bikes, Uber, the CAT bus system, or a car are convenient options. Tybee Island Beach is about a 20–25 minute drive, with Fort Pulaski National Monument making a great stop along the way.



Getting Around:

Savannah is a very walkable city, and this property is located in a convenient area for exploring on foot. However, if you prefer other modes of transport, public transportation options are available. Bike rentals are also readily accessible for a more leisurely way to see the city. For those arriving by car, free parking is available on the premises and on the street.

Parking is first come first serve, On-site parking is located to the immediate left of the building. Free on-street parking is available on W. Park Ave. and Montgomery St. Please read any signage about moving your car for street cleaning!

The outdoor deck was really small and pretty rough.We were not comfortable with the neighborhood or the parking, while shopping, one of the locals warned us about the neighborhood, and that we shouldn't go out after dark.So even though we had booked the rental for three nights we only spent one night there, maybe we were just paranoid, but we feel like taking a chance

Completely accurate room, wonderful interior design giving me inspiration for my house! I loved my trip to Savannah and this house was a highlight for sure, though I wish entrance wasn’t in an alleyway that is not well illuminated (I’m a solo female.) In the daytime, walks to Forsyth are manageable but can feel little sketchy. I also wished the TV worked - no batteries in the remote. Excellent stocked place and just great everything.

At first it was a little strange coming into the area. Especially since the entrance is in an alley. Which took me by surprise. But when we went into the unit , it was so charming and welcoming. The young guys outside were super friendly.

Cute and modern and efficient!

Just what we needed to stay for a few days, tour SCAD, and explore the city. Situated almost equally between the north historic district and the Thomas Square/Starland Yard areas, we got to enjoy various parts of Savannah. Having the natural foods market and sentient bean coffee shop just five minutes away by foot was an awesome start to every day. Felt so welcome by every Savannahian and SCAD student we came across.

Access to property is on alley which at night was really hard to find. Clean and well supplied. and manager awesome. Location great to see historic district, river St etc. would not recommend if disabled. Bathroom is tiny. It is a small place but we were only there to sleep. Loved how it was decorated too.
