Dock & Volleyball! Near Downtown - Green Grotto

Our neighborhood shouts southern style Savannah. Our home sits near the marsh that meets the Herb River. Enjoy breezy nights and mature trees dripping in Spanish Moss. Please make sure you take the quick scenic walk to have dinner at Pearl's Salt Water Cafe. Its a favorite of the locals and serves up delicious food with a gorgeous view.
Upon arrival at our home, guests will need to navigate four small brick steps which lead to our front door. Once inside, you will find a large living room complete with a queen-size sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV! Both TVs in our home are equipped with Roku allowing our guests to log into their favorite streaming services while staying with us. The heart of the house is the dining room which has an oversized table that can comfortably seat 8. Off the dining room, you will find our fully stocked kitchen. It contains all major appliances and necessities for getting you settled in the kitchen. Continuing through our home, you will find four bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a king-size bed as well as an additional flat-screen TV complete with Roku. Bedroom #2 and #3 both have queen size beds, and bedroom #4 has two twin-size beds. The washer and dryer can also be found in bedroom #4. Two full bathrooms, one with a shower, and the other with a bathtub, round out the inside of our home. There is lots of green space in the front and back of our house, making this an excellent choice for children and families with pets! Yes, we are pet-friendly, with an additional pet deposit required. We have a community game area with a great deal of seating and a grill. It also consists of different games such as volleyball, corn hole, ladder toss, and more!

For dock access, walk across the street. There is a little parking lot with a Patriot Family Homes sign between the condos and the orange duplex. By the water, there is a metal gate leading to a long double decker dock. Please fill out the dock waiver to receive the gate code.
