Inside this thoughtfully renovated garden-level apartment, you’ll find an open concept kitchen, dining, and living room, with the coziest couch. Enjoy a smart TV to stream your favorite shows and stocked games for rainy day fun. You will also have a spacious desk perfect for remote work.



The main living space is bright, airy, and filled with thoughtful decor. Enjoy cozy corners perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or winding down with a glass of wine in the evening. The kitchen has been updated to perfection with stainless steel appliances and stocked with all your cooking essentials. We do stock a coffee bar for your enjoyment.



The bedroom features a comfy queen bed and space to unpack and relax. There is tons of closet storage and fresh bed linens provided for your stay.



Inside the closet you will find an iron, steamer, hangers, pac n play, extra pillows and bedding and an air mattress.



The bathroom features luxury lighting, a spacious countertop, and tiled walk-in shower. We provide plush towels and basic toiletries for your stay.

Guest Access:

Guests will have a private entrance on the ground level with keyless entry. Codes provided the day of arrival. Parking is not included, however there is ample paid street parking available adjacent to the apartment as well as city parking garages. More detailed parking info provided in booking confirmation.

Other Things to Note:

Please note that the apartment does have brick floors throughout. There is not a washer or dryer. There are full time residents that live upstairs, which should not impact your stay, but there is a possibility you may hear walking or noises above at times.
