Prepare anything from your morning coffee to full-course dinners in the galley kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and chef’s tools. Dine together at the table for four (perfect for board games or jigsaw puzzles), and then relax in the sun-drenched living area with oversized windows featuring gorgeous city views, a decorative fireplace, and a flatscreen TV. Both bedrooms feature full ensuite bathrooms, large closets, and striking steeple views.

Kitchen was equipped and clean. Entire condo was clean and furnishings were clean and comfortable. Two problems were 1) check in was delayed by one hour and towels were still wet in the washing machine, and 2) there was no paper towels in the kitchen or toilet paper in either bathroom. This place was nice and comfortable but had very unclear, decentralized communication. The original phone numbers who texted us stopped responding, and it took us several days to finally get in contact with the right person to answer our questions since they ignored VRBO messages and had a confusing contact sheet in the apartment. We feel lucky it wasn’t essential or an emergency with the apartment. Considering it’s the industry standard to be able to contact a host quickly and easily, we probably wouldn’t consider staying with this company again unless they fixed the issues. It’s just not worth going something wrong and not being able to get help. Also note that the street and neighboring apartment were fairly loud if this is something that would bother you.

We had a wonderful stay in Savannah! I will start out with the pros. This condo is in a great location. It was clean, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was nice and it was nice to have a washer and dryer. The maintenance man in the building was very nice and was always around to answer any questions about the building and to offer help if needed. Now for the cons and the reason that I didn’t give this property 5 stars. There is no good place to unload. The front area has one spot that is very far from the door and isn’t always available. There is access in the back, but you need a key and that isn’t available to guests, only to residents. It makes loading and unloading pretty much impossible and very stressful. This is not a property for seniors. There are no handrails coming into the lobby. This is an old building, but there should be some kind of handrail coming up the steps into the lobby. Then when you get into the elevator, your condo is 301, but do not press the third floor press the second floor. There is a 3 in magic marker next to the 2. You won’t notice it until you get out of the elevator and every room says 401 and you are already stressed out from the unloading. This condo has a regular coffee pot. So bring coffee and filters. There is no tv in the bedrooms. This is also on a noisy street. We sleep with a fan so it didn’t bother us. Overall this was a very nice place, but wouldn’t work for us again because of the loading and unloading problem.

Beds were comfortable and enough room for us to have quiet time. A bit confusing on how to lock the door when leaving. Representative didn't even know how to secure the door from the outside. I finally figured it out but his demeanor was more:"like don't know what to tell you". Never find out how to get to the balcony or the terrace.

The site was clean. Door could you fresh coat of paint. Everything was well until Friday evening when water started pouring from ceiling where a rope hangs down--perhaps. Not having a mop I wiped up with towels after it stopped. Called 24/hr service several times, with no answer. Following day was my birthday so I was out all day. On Sunday I decided to wash clothing before my Monday departure. I couldn't however, because there was a pool of water in the detergent/bleach dispenser. I called and someone from service answered. Asked me to text photos of ceiling and dispenser and told I would receive text or call when someone would be sent out. Never heard from anyone.

Our Savannah road trip

Our road trip to Savannah, GA, was unforgettable! We made so many wonderful memories together as a family. The condo we stayed in was in the perfect location—walking distance to all the main attractions, making exploring the city easy and fun. It was incredibly clean, smelled amazing, and felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Comfy Digs, Walkable Location

Great spot, very walkable location to lots of squares, shops, bars, food and the river! We liked that each set of couples had a full bath attached to their bedroom for convenience and privacy. Beds were comfy, and closet drawers available to unpack into. Only way it would have been better would be softer towels, more and softer toilet paper and if they supplied some coffee grounds to get started.

Perfect long weekend spot

We found the check in process to be very easy, using the clear instructions. Nice location in the historic district with many walkable attractions and restaurants. There was an issue with a broken toilet, which was promptly fixed after contacting property management. Overall a great stay. Would book again for future trips

Savannah Marathon Weekend

The location is fantastic! We were able to walk to so many locations and used ride share twice. There are a few stairs leading into the home but an elevator inside. We used the parking lot directly behind the home, $30ish per day for parking. The queen bed and bathroom were pretty good. The bathtub faucet needs some work. The bedroom ceiling fan needs some tightening. Ear plugs helped with the noises at night. The kitchen and living room were comfortable and had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. If we forgot something there was a CVS about 2 blocks away. The primary bed and bathroom were also comfortable except one major issue. The bed was broken! We tried contacting the host and host company at check in and had no resolution, but they did offer 10% discount, lol. I wish this major detail could have been resolved to boost the rating but nope. Our guests slept opposite of correct and had some rough sleep unfortunately.
