The Space:

Welcome to this special downtown loft! If you're looking for something a little more unique than Savannah's traditional historic homes, you've found it. This open-concept loft has a fun, artsy feel with an industrial edge, featuring original artwork throughout the space. It displays art pieces created by local Savannah artists and a bold Keith Haring-inspired wallpaper mural that gives the bedroom its own personality.



Designed to be both stylish and comfortable, the loft features a queen Casper mattress in the bedroom and a premium full size deep mattress on the Murphy bed in the living area that easily folds away to maximize the space. Thoughtful touches like smart storage, a fold-out workspace, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a 50-inch 4K Fire TV make it easy to relax, whether you're here for a weekend getaway or a longer stay.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, plus a Keurig with complimentary K-Cups to help start your mornings. The spacious bathroom features a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, fresh towels and linens, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries.



Step outside and you're right in the heart of it all. Located on iconic Broughton Street, you'll be just steps from City Market and within an easy walk of River Street, the Plant Riverside District, local boutiques, galleries, rooftop bars, coffee shops, and some of Savannah's best restaurants.

Guest Access:

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire condo, providing privacy and comfort throughout your stay.



You will arrive through a secure lobby entrance of the building, followed by elevator access to the condo's 2nd floor. A short walk down the interior hallway leads you to your private entrance. There is a small section of seven stairs in the hallway.



Inside, you'll find everything needed for a relaxing stay, including a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, dining space, and a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. The condo is completely private and reserved exclusively for your group.



The Neighborhood:

Perfectly situated on iconic Broughton Street in the heart of Savannah's Historic District, you'll be surrounded by some of the city's best shopping, dining, and entertainment. Spend the afternoon browsing local boutiques and favorite national retailers before strolling over to lively City Market, where you'll find open-air courtyards, local artists, live music, galleries, and some of Savannah's favorite restaurants.



Just a few blocks away, River Street offers a true Savannah experience, with historic cobblestone streets, waterfront dining, unique shops, festivals, and beautiful views of the Savannah River. Don't miss a sunset along the river or a stop at one of Savannah's famous candy stores for a sweet local tradition.



Art lovers will also appreciate being just a short walk from the Telfair Museums, including the contemporary Jepson Center the historic Telfair Academy, and the SCAD Museum making this an ideal location for experiencing the very best of Savannah.



Getting Around:

Once you park, chances are you won't need your car again. This condo is perfectly situated for exploring Savannah's Historic District on foot, with many of the city's top restaurants, shops, attractions, museums, and beautiful squares just a short stroll away. Bring your walking shoes and stroll through the 22 parks filled with the iconic oak-shaded squares.



For guests driving into town, metered parking is available nearby through the ParkSavannah app, making it easy to manage your parking directly from your phone. Please be mindful of street sweeping zones and parking meters throughout the city. Visitor parking passes are also available through the City of Savannah for longer visits.



If you prefer garage parking, the Robinson Parking Garage (132 Montgomery Street) is just two blocks away and offers both daily and weekend parking options.



Need a break from walking? Savannah's complimentary DOT Shuttle is a fantastic way to get around downtown and makes convenient stops near River Street, City Market, Forsyth Park, and Broughton Street. Uber, Lyft, public transit, and trolley tours are all readily available as well.



Other Things to Note:

Because the condo is located in the center of downtown, you'll experience the energy that makes Savannah so special. Restaurants, bars, and nightlife are just outside your door, particularly on Friday and Saturday evenings, so some city noise should be expected. For your comfort, we've provided a sound machine to help ensure a restful night's sleep.
