Our home was awarded a Walk Score of 86 "Very Walkable" and a 97 for biking. Most of Savannah's historic district can be reached within a 20 minute walk from the house. If you plan to be out late or prefer not to walk, a short Uber or bicycle taxi can get you to your destination.
- Please be respectful of the neighborhood. We are not able to accommodate parties or large events in the home. Access to the home is limited to the guests in your reservation. Additional guests not listed on the booking will be charged at $50 per night per guest.

This was an amazing property. We loved staying in a house built in the late 18th century, so full of character and interesting features. We made time to sit on the lovely porch one morning, just to relax and imagine what life must have been like for people living in this neighborhood in previous generations. Even better than the property itself was the outstanding communication with and attentiveness of the Host. He couldn't have been more helpful, gracious and available. He responded to messages right away and always provided helpful information and solutions. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would!

Easy walk to Forsyth Park and then north into the historic district. Grocery store nearby for supplies which was convenient. The location has off street parking. The bedrooms were big and the living room was nicely set up for conversations plus down time. We enjoyed the large dining room table and the outside spaces.

The property was perfect for our time in Savannah. The house was clean and check in/out was seamless. I made a mistake when booking and shorted the reservation one night - the owners went above and beyond to accommodate us for an additional night! It was nice having Kroger just a block away and the short walk to Forsyth was perfect. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much!

Cool property. We somehow completely missed this was a duplex and bottom unit with someone upstairs. The kiddos upstairs woke us up every morning. It sounded like elephants running through the place, but to be expected from an older house. We weren’t comfortable walking from the house to downtown, but it’s very easy to drive to.

Great home and location

The home is located in a nice neighborhood, a short walk from Kroger, the free trolley line and Forsyth Park. Off street parking is available behind the house. The home was clean and very comfortable. Michael was quick to respond and very helpful with any inquiries.

Christmas in Savannah

Michael was awesome to deal with. He is super fast with responses and answers. The home is a beautiful "old Savannah" style that is a very short walk to Forsyth Park and free public transportation. It is in a great neighborhood. Parking is available on the street in front of the home and there are two private (guaranteed) parking spots at the back of the home. It is an even shorter walk (stones throw) to a Kroger grocery store.
