Superbe maison victorienne dispose de 1785 pieds carrĂ©s qui a Ă©tĂ© mis Ă  jour avec un thĂšme eceletic, au coeur de Savannah. FenĂȘtres en verre au plomb, jardin luxuriant, portes escamotables, table de pique-nique et grill en plein air et de nombreux Ă©quipements. SituĂ© Ă  distance de marche du parc Forsyth, du SCAD, du district de Starland, de la maison Gingerbread, des cafĂ©s, des cafĂ©s et du quartier historique. Au coeur du district de Starland, avec tous ses cafĂ©s Ă  la mode, ses brasseries, etc. La maison a 4 chambres Ă  coucher, planchers de pin de coeur, plafonds de 11 pieds, arbres d'agrumes, cour privĂ©e clĂŽturĂ©e, Netflix, Roku, WIFI haut dĂ©bit, laveuse / sĂ©cheuse. Nous avons Ă©galement la sĂ©curitĂ©, comme mon mari est dans les forces de l'ordre, nous avons donc des camĂ©ras extĂ©rieures (uniquement), des projecteurs et une excellente prĂ©sence policiĂšre dans notre quartier. Je ai vu beaucoup de jeunes femmes de collĂšge Ă  pied dans notre quartier seul tard dans la nuit sans aucun soucis. Notre quartier diversifiĂ© est Ă©galement en cours de rĂ©novation, mais est gĂ©nĂ©ralement un endroit calme, avec plusieurs maisons qui ont encore besoin de travailler. Nous proposons de nombreuses options, notamment des locations de 30, 60 et 90 jours pour les entreprises, les touristes, les ouvriers du bĂątiment, les organisateurs d'Ă©vĂ©nements, les voyageurs du monde entier, les invitĂ©s locaux et les Ă©tudiants de SCAD. L'utilisation commerciale de notre maison est interdite, sauf si vous avez la permission Ă©crite avant votre sĂ©jour auprĂšs des propriĂ©taires.

Beautiful Eclectic Victorian

Perfect for a long weekend girls' trip to visit our friend in Savannah. The house is really neat - so intricately decorated! Had everything we needed. The neighborhood is not as updated as you see closer to downtown but we (4 women) felt perfectly safe. Cheap uber rides to downtown.

Great house!

My group loved staying here for a few nights to celebrate. House was clean, check in was easy and ubers to River St were VERY cheap! The host was also very responsive when we had a few questions. I would def stay here again!

We had a great time!

11 women from Ohio spending St Patrick's weekend in Savannah, and it was the best time. Our host was very responsive to our questions and the house was clean and had everything we needed. We were able to walk to some sites and eateries and was just a short ride downtown. Thank you Shana!

Good location, price, and space

Tip- if you need something, go to the Kroger. It is very nice, and the convenient stores in the area are rough. The decor is as advertised, so don't be surprised by that. Good amount of space. Good sized dining room table that you can't see in the pictures. In addition to central air, lots of ceiling fans, dehumidifiers, and window unit ACs which is nice for Savannah summers. House and restrooms are older, but that is how this area of Savannah is.

Quaint old two story

Very quaint and quirky old house. Very nice interior and plenty of room for the 8 guys we had for the bachelor party. It's a bit of a walk to the historic riverside district but worth it. We had a great stay! The owner was extremely helpful and kindly answered all my questions.

Sweet 16

This house was PERFECT for my daughters Sweet 16 this weekend!! So cute and so much charm, and the lights made for the perfect “party” atmosphere!!! Shana was an AMAZING host and I couldn’t be more thankful for all her help and guidance, including helping me find a bakery for my daughters cake!! We can’t wait to stay here again on an ADULTS ONLY trip lol!!

Wonderful Wedding Adventure

Our daughter got married on the Riverboat Cruise so we needed a place to not only sleep at night, but host a very small bridal brunch the morning of the wedding. This home was just right. it's location is perfect if you don't mind a bit of a walk to the sights. We chose to drive to our different locations; with ease. Again, wonderful location. Do not expect country living - there are city noises and city parking. We did have to move our vehicles the first night; for street sweeping. However, the home owner gave us a heads up and the neighbors were very friendly to also warn us and offer parking suggestions. We basically parked around the corner on a different street - it was so simple. And it must be said, we never once felt that we were in an unsafe location. The kitchen is large and fully stocked with everything from an air fryer down to a wonderful coffee station. I brought a few specialty serving dishes from home but otherwise, all we needed was provided. Because we did have extra guests arriving for a day, I did bring extra paper towel and toilet paper roles. However, there really was no need. The home was pleasantly stocked - including bath soaps / shampoos and ample amounts of bath towels. The home is "mature in years" so do not expect perfection that you would get in a new construction. With that being said, we truly enjoyed the uniqueness of the home due to it's age. The home owner is absolutely lovely - she was quick to answer emails / questions / and left a very detailed notebook of home rules and restaurant suggestions. Our family would definitely stay in this home again.

Great Stay for Bachelorette Party

It was a great experience in Savannah! We were a short drive from Forsyth Park and River Street. We had some girls walk and some drive, it was all a great experience. House was very nice, and it was a great overall stay. The hostess did tell us she was going to come by once we arrived because she likes to meet people who were staying there. I've never had a host say that before, but she didn't end up coming by. Overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend!

Fun, quirky house

Plenty of space for our group of six. The kitchen had a lot of extras that made it easy to make breakfast and late night snacks. Loved starting my morning reading in the porch swing before the rest of the crew woke up. We walked downtown the first night to explore and took an inexpensive Uber back. The rest of the time we drove. Also an easy drive to Tybee Island from the property. Great communication with the owner.

Unique and great for groups

Came here for a bachelorette party and it was perfect! The house was clean and felt safe; and we thoroughly enjoyed the vibe. We were also able to walk to Forsyth Park! The only things we noticed is that the parking situation can be a little difficult and that there was only one futon. We had a great trip!

Great Stay In Savannah GA

My husband and I frequent Savannah usually at least once a year. This year we brought the daughter and her boyfriend with us to celebrate the daughter's 21st birthday. We loved this charming home. All of the rooms had their own theme and were all very comfortable. There were plenty of linens to use along with plates napkins and utensils. The backyard is like a little magical escape at night when its all lit up and the front porch is great for relaxing and people watching. We were a little less than a mile from downtown and about 25 minutes from Tybee. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

Downtown gem

Amazing old house with so much space for a big group! 6 of us traveled to Savannah and loved being able to walk to most places we wanted to go. At the end of the night when it was late we didn't feel as safe in that part of town walking home, but the Uber ride was quick and affordable. The beds were comfortable and all the fun lamps and decorations in the house made it so fun. The only thing we wish we would have known before is that they don't have any hangers or closet space so if there's an outfit that needs to be hung up just bring a hanger and hang it in the bathroom! Everything else was amazing we had a great time.

A Great Time!

Me and a group of friends went to experience our first St. Patrick’s Day in Savannah and the house exceeded our expectations! The house was wonderful. We really enjoyed hanging out in the nice weather in the backyard. The host communicated with us in a timely manner and gave great recommendations for places to go and eat. Overall was an incredible trip and would definitely book again.

Lovely stay

The house was well equipped with everything we needed. There was no shortage of towels, linens, coffee, creamer and kitchen appliances. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large to accommodate our luggage. The room themes were fun too. Great time for all
