Beech Tree Cottage is a traditional cottage in an ideal location in the heart of Saundersfoot village, only a two minutes walk to the beach, local shops and amenities. This deceptively large terraced house has a lovely, decent size kitchen that's light and airy, with enough space for the whole family, and a beautiful sitting room to relax in. It benefits from having two enclosed, secure gardens, at the front and rear, which provides ample space for relaxation and a chance to escape the hustle and bustle of the village. Both are perfect for the children and your pet to run around and play, and both have garden furniture suitable for some al fresco dining. The property comes with secure, hassle free parking in the form of a large double garage at the rear, ensuring easy arrival for all and plenty of storage space for bikes and other equipment; and the four bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are en-suites, allows for flexible sleeping arrangements and gives more than enough space for everyone to get ready for the day - be that sunbathing or swimming at the bustling, sandy beach or exploring the wonders of Pembrokeshire.
A short stroll to the centre of this lively village and you'll be greeted by an abundance of cafes, bars, pubs, restaurants and wonderful little gift shops. The beach is a fantastic place to be during the day where it is full of life. Watersports is available here or you may wish to go to the harbour to do some fishing. Bikes are available to be hired from here too so you can all head out to explore the area on bikes, or you may wish to walk part of the Wales Coast Path where you'll come across some great views. There are many beaches in this area that are worth a visit - head to the pretty seaside town of Tenby where there are 3 lovely beaches, or drive a little further into Pembrokeshire to visit beautiful beaches such as Barafundle Bay Beach or Freshwater East Beach. There are superb attractions suitable for all the family in this part of Wales too such as Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo, Oakwood Theme Park and Dinosaur Park, as well as National Trust locations and castles.

- Bedroom 3: twin room, bedside drawers, hanging space, drawers.
- Bedroom 4: King size bed, bedside drawers, fitted wardrobes, Smart TV. En-suite: Large en-suite with a corner bath, large shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin, vanity unit and a mirror, storage cupboard.
- Bathroom: Large family bathroom with a bath with shower above, toilet and hand basin.

- Front garden: Long, enclosed, secure garden with a lawned area, footpath from the gate to the front door and a patio with a table with a bench and 3 chairs with cushions.
