Rental Agreement & House Rules Summary To ensure a safe and high-quality experience for all guests at Pine Coast Landing, we require the party leader to sign a Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking. Below is a summary of the key terms you are agreeing to:
Occupancy Limits: The booking is limited strictly to the number of guests specified. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate expulsion without refund.
Zero Tolerance Policy: We do not allow smoking or unauthorized pets. Violations will result in automatic eviction and forfeiture of all rent and deposits.
Good Neighbor Policy: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Guests must respect parking restrictions and not disturb neighbors.
Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or furnishings. Excessive cleaning required (over $100) will be charged to the guest.
Safety & Liability: The property may contain amenities such as a pool, stairs, or bunks. Guests assume all risks associated with these amenities and agree to indemnify the Owner against claims of injury or loss.
Condition of Property: Guests must inspect the property upon arrival and report issues immediately. Equipment failures (appliances/HVAC) will be repaired as quickly as possible but do not warrant refunds.
Legal: Any disputes will be resolved via bench trial (waiver of jury trial) in the jurisdiction where the property is located.
