You will not be disappointed when you arrive to relax in this lovely home with 2,200 square feet of renovated, golf-inspired living space. Property has gone through a major renovation including 2 new bathrooms, entirely repainted, new carpeting/flooring throughout, new décor/furnishings, etc. Very few rentals are available this close to golf course. Please note the pool is now closed for the 2025 season.

The open concept main floor includes the living room, kitchen and dining area with huge windows to view the golf course and those magnificent sunsets. The main floor also has a screen room in back where you can relax with a cup of coffee and enjoy nature in the secluded back yard. On the upper level; you will find the primary bedroom (with a king bed) with private bathroom (with walk-in shower) and 2 more guest bedrooms (2 double beds in one and a queen bed in the other) and another shared bathroom (with a walk-in shower). The lower walk out level has a private bedroom (with queen bed) with its own outside access door, another bathroom (with tub/shower combo) and the mudroom/entry areas including patio and hot tub access.

Now let’s talk about the outdoor space. Clearbrook Cottage is located on a 1 acre lot with mature trees and landscaping making you feel secluded by nature and offers 2 patio spaces to enjoy. The property has a 16x32 salt water pool, HEATED between 82-84 degrees and open mid May- early/mid October (pool is now closed for 2025 season - see you in 2026!). For May and October rentals - confirm pool will be open for your stay prior to booking as it based on weather. There is also plenty of space and seating poolside for guests who just want to kick back and relax. Pool toys and floats are provided to help you kick up the fun factor. The property features a 4 person outdoor hot tub/spa to relax in after a round of golf and open year round. Clearbrook Cottage also has an outdoor wood burning firepit so get ready for ghost stories and s'mores! And let's not miss that in the wintertime, the Fifth hole at Clearbrook across the street turns into a popular sledding hill and destination for fun in the snow!

Other highlights include WIFI throughout, streaming services available on all TVs, in ceiling speaker sound system, and many provided convenience items to help you to just drop your bags and enjoy!

Note that the garage has a max clearance of 70" so primarily accommodates cars only. Larger vehicles can be parked in driveway. Due to proximity to the golf course, occasional stray golf balls may reach the driveway. Parking is at renter's own risk when booking. This is a pet free property and no parties or events are allowed.
