The lower level, accessible by a separate entrance, includes an additional living area and private bath—perfect for added privacy. Washer/dryer included.

Set atop a 50-foot dune directly across the harbor from downtown Saugatuck, Treetops offers front-row views of the bustling waterfront. Oval Beach, one of the world’s most celebrated shorelines, is just a 15-minute dune walk or a 2-minute drive away.
