Villa Bellavista is located in the midst of nature, on the edge of a beautiful Nature Reserve, South of Siena, only one hour drive away from it. Within five minutes drive you can find the closest restaurant and in just 20 minutes, you can reach the town of Sarteano with multiple bars, restaurants, shops, etc.

The villa develops over two levels.

On the ground floor, all decorated in a chic rustic style, we find the living room with fireplace, sofas and armchairs. From there we access the separate dining room with table and chairs and the rustic kitchen, equipped with all the necessary tools for cooking Italian meals. From the ground floor, there is access to the outside terrace. The sleeping room on this floor is one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub (and washing machine).

On the first floor, we find a small double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; one large double bedroom with fireplace, private balcony, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with bathtub; one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub; one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Outside, the villa offers a beautiful private and heated swimming pool (12x6m; 1.5m deep) with sun lounges and a little gazebo with shade and seating. There is a beautiful overed pergola with table and chairs for al-fresco meals and with small fridge. The property also gives the opportunity of picking fresh vegetables and fruit from its garden and orchard.
