Los Almendros de Ocotal is a private residential complex on the north end of Ocotal Beach. Well maintained with beautiful gardens and three shared swimming pools (there is no private pool for this listing).
Villa Perla is one of the few truly beach-front rental properties in the region. This apartment (and Villa Lolita) are the only units in Ocotal Beach where you can step off the lawn onto the sand with a cold beverage in hand.
Newly built in June 2024, with a fully equipped kitchen, AC, stylish decor, and a fantastic view⊠you will have a hard time leaving this gem. The villa is located above Villa Lolita, and has it's own private access both to parking and to the beach.
Wake up to the sound of waves gently lapping on the beach, howler monkeys in the trees and birds on your window sill. Enjoy the pristine clear waters of Ocotal while you swim, snorkel or kayak. Soak up the sun on the beach or relax in any of the pools in the well-groomed compound surrounded by tropical flora.
