Situated in the gated community of Monte Paraiso, it's nestled between the bustling beach town of Playas del Coco and the bedroom community of Playa Hermosa. You can relax in your private pool or have your toes in the sand in under 10 minutes.

We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Monte Paraiso is one of Playa Hermosa’s most prestigious gated community of million-dollar homes. The beautifully landscaped development features solid paved roads, underground utilities, 24/7 security and backup pressurized water system.

Playa Hermosa is a small community just 25-minutes from Guanacaste Airport (LIR).  It has a spectacular beachfront featuring many delicious restaurants.  It's a great launching point for scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours.  You can head just a few minutes south to the conveniences of Playas del Coco with several grocery stores, many restaurants, bars and shops.

Guests have full access to the entire home; there are no shared spaces.

The living and dining areas are on one main level and then just 1 step up brings you to the raised kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The home has 3 bedrooms - 2 king beds and 1 queen - plus 2 full bathrooms. Outside, the large, covered outdoor space surrounds the pool and offers lots of seating options plus a gas BBQ. There are lots of board games and books to keep you entertained and connected during your vacation.

The pool does not have an infinity edge feature due to issues with the pool construction.
The sliding doors between the living room and pool terrace do not open; guest enter/exit using the main door.
