The Serena Suites complex is strategically located on the road to Ocotal Beach. It's positioned conveniently for those with access to a vehicle. Ocotal Beach is about a 15-minute walk from the complex, while Downtown Coco and Coco Beach are about a 5 to 10-minute drive or a 30-minute walk. Ocotal Beach is smaller and less busy, offering great spots for snorkeling.

There is a mini-supermarket just a few minutes' walk from Serena Suites, otherwise downtown Coco provides dining and shopping options and is where you'll find the majority of supermarkets. This property is perfect for those who enjoy spacious living and wish to stay in a peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle while enjoying the full luxuries of a fully-equipped two-bedroom, two-bath accommodation.



Guests can find the keys to the condo inside the lock box next to the door of the unit. We offer self-checking, however are always available in case of difficulties finding or entering the unit.

Guests in the second bedroom will find a second bathroom conveniently located next to the entrance. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer combo for your laundry needs.

Just outside the main entrance, there is a comfortable lounging area exclusive to guests of this unit. The condo is easily accessible for guests with mobility difficulties, with parking located closest to the unit.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
