This property has some strong positives, but unfortunately our experience was significantly impacted by several issues.On the positive side, the size of the home is generous for a large group. The cleanliness was excellent upon arrival, and the view is truly beautiful. However, there were a number of concerns that made the overall experience challenging:* The location and surrounding environment were not as expected. It felt quite remote and less well-kept. * Coco beach area was disappointing. The sand appeared dark and muddy in areas, and was lined with temporary tents, which affected the overall beach experience.* The property is situated on a steep hill that is not walkable, which made getting in and out more difficult than expected.* Although some people in the area get around by golf cart, this propertyâs location on a very steep hill does not allow for that option (only a couple of homes near the base can use them). Driving in and out by car felt quite unsafe due to the steep inclines and lack of guardrails along the cliffside.* There was noticeable animal noise, including dogs, roosters, and howling monkeys.* We also experienced inconsistent water temperature throughout the stay, and on the night before our departure, there was no running water at all, which was a major inconvenience. *There was also a food safety concern, as 2 members of our family experienced stomach issues during the stay, one of which developed into sever gastritis.
