We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

The Tropical Dreams complex is tucked in the back of Las Palmas neighborhood.  It's a small community of just 14 townhouses with a shared pool and covered rancho area.  Situated just a short walk to two large plazas (Pueblito Norte and Pueblito Sur) that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, a medical office, and more!  Cross the street and you’re on the beach! You'll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco.

Playas del Coco is just a 35-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!

Guests have private access to the entire condo and share the community amenities with other guests. The rooftop terrace shares a wall with the neighboring unit but a privacy screen is in place to create separation.

On the main floor, a bright kitchen with stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar seating opens to a cozy living space with pool views and a half bath. A stacked washer/dryer is tucked away on the back patio. Upstairs, find two serene bedrooms—one with a king bed and private balcony, the other with a queen bed and shaded ambiance. A full bathroom with a large shower completes this level.

Ascend to the rooftop terrace for covered relaxation with a wet bar, full fridge, BBQ, dining table, L-shaped sofa, and stunning pool views. Listen to the monkeys in the morning or watch the parrots at sunset while you grill up dinner.

The community has a shared pool with loungers as well as a covered rancho area for socializing. There is free on-site parking as well as an on-site night guard. Tropical Dreams 8 has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Costa Rica. Pura Vida!

Car rentals or golf cart rentals are also options for transportation during your stay. Our team can help you booking both options, as well as airport transportation. If booking your own golf cart, note that you need a GAS golf cart as there are no charging stations at the complex for electric carts.
